New strory arcs

Silver Mantis Strike Force open to everyone

Positron Task Force gets an upgrade

Loads of new Exploration Badges

UI that shows the last objective in a mission

The ability to send Inf to yourself via e-mail

I17 = Best issue ever!

Good god, I came as soon as I heard. For a 'small issue we may throw together if we get time', this issue is looking fantastic.

Dual Pistols making everything spin around wildly is fine. Put it aside for live as it is. Testing the next wonderful issue can't wait!

My only question is about the exploration badges. Since you need all the exploration badges in a zone to unlock teleport beacons, will the addition of these new badges invalidate our current teleport beacons until the group acquires them?

OR

Will it mean that new supergroups will have more badges to acquire?

Has the situation occurred before and if so how was it handled then?

This has only ever occurred for two zones before: Faultline and the Rikti War Zone (formerly the Rikti Crash Site). I don't believe that either of them invalidated existing SG badges, but any group who had not yet earned those badges was required to get all the new badges as well as the previous ones to unlock the beacons.

I'm really happy about the Ultra mode, because honestly this game looks so old and dated it's hard to look at. Other than that it looks like another so called issue that is really a glorified update. Grahpic improvements, QoL improvemnts, Architect improvements, unlocking Epic ATs earlier, emotes, badges....wth? Where's the beef? All this means to me is Going Rogue won't be out till September or October. Another 6 months with no real new content to play. I'm over it. Email me when you quit beating this outdated dead horse and start making CoH2.

GR is out in July, not September or October as you say. Read the news before posting d00m please. And I17 includes 2 new arcs with 4 missions each. That's SOME content, even if it isn't much, it's something. Also:

SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!! !!!

For all the new stuff in I17, but particularly because my rabbits and hares will get some tail love!

Well, that's fine then. My badge w***e toon can use the existing teleports to get all the new Badges he doesn't have yet! Double Win!


Shame about Rikti War Zone tho' as I don't have that last badge in the ship since I have never done a raid. Guess I will have some extra work to do in the zone.

Issue 17 also brings a much-needed revamp of the Positron TF.

(It does not seem to, however, bring an even more-needed Level 10-15 Strike Force for Villains... )

considering that as Blue Rabbit stated, we are gettin 2 new arcs each with 4 mishs in them and that GR is JULY not Spetember/October.

and if you dont want to stay here with all this 'beating dead horse' and crying d00m, save yourself the trouble and quit..... and the reason I17 doesnt have much 'beef' is what is comming in it.... Ultra mode, they said they would release it earlier than GR if they finnished it early, and the reason this is 'beefless' is because they are STILL devolping stuff for GR which means we should have a 'beefy' GR.

Man, Paragon Studios are the worst. The worst game company I've ever dealt with. These people, every single one of them are horrible, horrible people. They are worse than any other game company I've ever seen or heard of. I can't believe how bad this company is.






I want to play I17 so bad right now it physically hurts...
