What's your regen?
im doing that as well, it's kind of a combo build.
my fire tank has 384% regen,,nice ehh.."PURP ME BABY, yeah.... you know you want to!"
I have 476% on my Wp/Nrg. That's about 60 hp/sec. Don't even have RttC in the build.
My Willpower / Superstrength "Sarah Bellum"
Is running 810% Regen with RTTC and 565% without.
Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
My Inv/SS is getting 45.8hp/s and has 2874 Health. With Dull Pain active it goes up to 52.1hp/s from the extra 338 Health.
I went with a Regen/Recovery theme also with my set bonuses. Regen is 3.08 without baddies helping Rise to the Challenge. My EndRecovery is 4.52/s. Total hit points is 3147...not too far off the cap. Build available upon request.
I'd love to hear how people are getting numbers like 476% and 565% without RttC. What sets do you have and how are you not hitting the regen cap?

It's not a tank, but regen is the same across the board so whatevs.
My Wp scrapper build is on 746% regen with one enemy in RttC and 1190% regen with 10 enemies in RttC, which is 110.1 HP/s which i believe to be quite brutal =D

Starts out at 2100% at level 1 for Tankers and ends at 2500% past level 20.
Scrappers have a higher cap with 2200% at 1 and ending at 3000% past level 20.
371% without RttC. The build isn't particularly regen-focused, but it does have all the regen-based unique procs.
Coupled with around 3000 health, this comes out to abut 46 hp/sec.
I've got my Mids builder telling me that at 50 I'll have 859%, 100.9hp without rttc active. Now i have to build it. It's gonna be crazy expensive.

If it's for conceptual reasons, that's a completely different story.
Im guessing its more bravado than substance. 1000% regen means nothing if you dont mitigate the 4000pt Psi-Tornado from Psi Babbage. Sure against foot soldiers with low burst damage youll be invincible, but Im yet to see a willpower scrapper volunteer for eating LR's damage on STF.

After plugging my stuff into Mids I came up with 737% regen. Numbers were never my strong suit. So I answered my question. What are people doing to get it higher than that? I'd love to see some builds with set bonuses. Also how does one avoid the set bonus cap when it comes to regen and +HPs?

My Regen is 751% with no foes in range with RttC running. 1093% with 8 foes in range.
The hard things I can do--- The impossible just take a little bit longer.

I regen 70 hp/sec w/o RTTC and something like 170 hp/sec with it full. I also have 3212 (IE capped) HP.
I could probably min/max it and hit around 80-90 hp/sec but you really only need around 50-60 hp /sec with sufficient def/res values.
I am an ebil markeeter and will steal your moneiz ...correction stole your moneiz. I support keeping the poor down because it is impossible to make moneiz in this game.

See: Superstrength. Rage sucks, and is overpowered. There is no comment positive or negative enough that it can't be echoed with seriousness by some poster. If you go so far as to be factually incorrect, then you get mixed in with everyone that spreads misinformation through ignorance.
While it may seem cruel and insensitive, some of my most intense boughts of laughter at work come from coworkers' serious comments that any unfamiliar witness should find as sarcasm. Seriously, box A needs to go where box B is, and box B needs to go where box A is. "So, what's the best way to do this?" I had to walk away to avoid laughing in his face. Work with people like that for a living, and obvious sarcasm is not so obvious.
It's kinda just a concept thing. I was playing around with a wpr brute for a while and started keeping track of the regen, so I decided to start from scratch, build it as a tanker and see how High I could get the HP per Sec regen. I also really like not resting, lol.
p.s. It's a true min/max, I'm going for regen at the expense of all else, lol. When I was doing this with my brute I got to 39 and found my biggest rpoblem to be eternal stalemates with EB's lol. Unless I was with a team I just couldnt pour enough damage on target to kill it, and I coul;dnt take enough damage to die, some EB's were unsoloable, lol.
I respecced into a brawl attack chain and altered my slotting such that I now have 23% s/l def, 35% e/n def and 74.5 hp/sec regen.
With RTTC full I get 167 hp/sec, which starts to be necessary in the +3 and +4 level range when facing non s/l damage.

I'm tweaking a Wpr tanker, frankenslotted for regen, and I'm trying to get the maximum possible HP per sec regen rate with no toggles on. I was wondering if anyone would mind telling me what their best regen in HP per sec is, I'm just curious.
