Actually the hero graphics upgrade came later, the "engine upgrade" (if any really... hum...) was there, but only used for the new pvp zones and villains. Some time later you heroes got a weee bit of upgraded textures etc, but villains still remain more gfx intense to this day.

I think I saw a redname on the US Forums hint towards a whip being available in demon summoning too...

A "customisable hellfire whip" even! That combined with the fact that they chose to give thermal to MM's indicates that the demons will be largely fire based. Behemoth anyone?

One thing I need to say to the Devss: whatever you do, DO NOT RECYCLE CIRCLE OF THORNS DEMONS, PLEASE! Something original so our MM's don't look like every other demon-related NPC in this game

100% Agree with the above, it might be easier to do but IMO it'd just be a cop-out to use the same models... not bothered about the powers mind, but to use the models would be a great shame. Now for the teir three I want a Greater Demon of Nurgle or Shub Niggurath

If the devs get cheap on us, and are lazy enough to recycle already ingame character models, I will hunt positron down and do nasty things to him. (and the other game designers who made the design choice)

I remember bases being something to persuade people to buy CoV, they were a transport hub (which are kinda redundant now that everyone has Ouroboros and there are multiple ways of getting between zones) somewhere to store storage and they were supposed to be a new way to PvP, which flopped.

Are there any SGs that still have a Raidable Base?

Maybe they'll bring out apartments for Heroes/Villains to customise in a similar way to what they did with Bases and only give access if they have Going Rogue.

Tier 3 demons I would love are something along the lines of this:

I'd love selectable demons (and other MM pets) and now that we have selectable colours, is it too much to ask we can choose from even a preselected group of different looks for our henchmen?

No, because if they do recycle the terrible disaster of an NPC template that is the oni, I will personally slaughter all the game designers who work on CoX.

this would be great some nice varieties of different demons ranging from very human like creatures up to bizzar monstrosities

There may be a clue to the demons in Desdemona's biography.

It says she can summon an "immensely strong Sothoth demon."

That is a very Lovecraftian sounding name, so maybe we will get some cool demons. It's not the name of any of the CoT demons anyway.
