I have been thinking of this in my head, and I have a concept I want to play in CoH, but I know it will take a while to impliment, and most-likely won't even be part of the next round of proliferation... Or the one after that... or the one after that...

What is it? You might ask. And simply I want to make a Super Reflexes/Electric Melee/Pyre Mastery Tank, OR an Electric Melee/Super Reflexes/[Fire Mastery] Scrapper, though I'd want the tank more.

The reason? I always had, in my mind, an idea for this Speedster, that focuses more on speed than on attacking with it. It has the ability to vibrate so fast as to pull their natural bio-electricity in their attacks, but their main focus is dodging. And for the Fire-based Epic, A secondary would be igniting and throwing things through friction.

I was thinking of this, and was wondering..> What is a Powerset, or several, in a build you want, for a concept or just to be cool, that you figure wouldn't show up in the next round of proliferation (Or the Next one, maybe...)?

Broad Sword for Brutes
Claws for Brutes (I like Claws, but not Stalkers!)
Thermal Radiation/Fire Blast for Defenders
Some kind of Psychic Mastery for Blasters

Basically too many 50's to count, but I'm generally a brute/scrapper/tank kind of guy.

I already have character concepts for a MA/Ninjitsu Scrapper, and a Claws/Willpower Brute. And I think Electric Melee/Armor should come over to the hero side just on general principles. I think it fits Tanker better, but I'd settle for Scrapper.

Dark miasma for controllers. Illusion for doms. Ninjitsu for scrappers. EM for scrappers. Stone melee for scrappers. Fire blast for defenders. All probably have issues - the uber-control of dark miasma, the PTOD solution of illusion, the high damage scalar of stone melee, the high damage of fire blast.... but I would play all of those in a heartbeat.

Blasters: Dark Blast and Rad Blast with matching secondaries (and Dark APP)
Controllers: Cold Domination
Defenders: Thermal Radiation and Fire Blast (and Fire and Ice APPs)
Scrappers: Energy Melee and Energy Aura (and Fire APP)
Tankers: Elec Armor and Elec Melee (and Dark APP)

Additionally, the APP's that didn't get a 5th power in I13 would ideally get a new one.

Brutes: Spines and Regeneration
Corruptors: Archery and Trick Arrow
Dominators: Dark Illusion and Dark Assault
Masterminds: Cold Domination
Stalkers: I dunno really, what's left for them to get other than Ice and Fire?

PPP powers that didn't have a 5th power added in I13 would get it added (I'm looking at you, VEAT pools).

Problem with this post is seems all of those he listed are LIKELY to be included soon. Exept maybe the APPs. Oh and the Spines/Regen for Brutes. ;p

Assault Rifles (or other guns) need to be available for every Archetype that has ranged attacks. Defenders, Corruptors, Master Minds, all of them. Trick Arrows and Archery are getting proliferated slowly but surely; how about some heavier artillery?

SR/ would be really freaking overpowered on a Tank I think. Under tank numbers I think it could pretty much soft cap with no help at all.

EDIT: Checked the numbers, maybe not really that overpowered. With SO slotting you'd have 41.4% Defense to all positions. Without set bonuses, that's pretty darn good still.
