They're no longer 7 million to buy and craft, 50 million to sell.
they're THREE million to buy and craft, FORTY million to sell.
So you actually spend more on the Wents fee than you do crafting the thing, on an eight-digit sell price.

I would like to see what people are finding. I never sit in the market long enough to go through everything to find niche.
What I find fun about such niches is that I can often still list things at about 5-10 million and nobody will even try bids that low. I'll post for 5 and sell for 50 for days or weeks before anybody even places a bid between 5 and 50.
Or maybe I've just been dealing with really weird niches.
Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.
I'd rather you come into a rundown niche and fix the place up, but I guess that's just me.

i like the idea of the show, could give it a different hip n edgy name like 'wh@t's my n!che b!tch?' but it'd be a late nighter.
if we're going game show, i vaguely (really really vaguely) recall a show devoted to driving around and grabbing average guy/gal off the street and simply handing them a few hundred thousand for the reaction. granted, it could be a bit boring to frap in game, but i'd like to see that happen a bit more often in game.
could also go the japanese game show route and golf in perez, works out to about a 9 hole par 3 (at best, the npc's don't take much punishment =p )
but i digress from the market perspective of the thread.

I've just been flipping Impervium recipes, buy a stack, then sell em at a markup. I've made about 340M over the past month slowly doing that. I had no idea the crafted IOs went for so much (I don't even pay attention to those anymore - too much trouble since you can only buy/sell one per slot).
It's a race between my lvl 50 Scrapper and lvl 50 Defender to see who can join the Ebil Billionaire club first. Both are over the 500M mark now, although the scrapper's been doing the Impervium flipping, so he's pulled ahead at almost 700M now. To 'balance' the field, he's also buying all my LotG:R's blueside.

That's my fave so far.
I don't even really look for a niche, trawling through the market like that takes forever, I get bored. I once or twice have stumbled across one and I do go for them when I do, but when it gets slapped I just drop it and stick to mah purple-crafting.

OK, I'm thinking about, every week, posting about the most egregious, profitable niche I see.
Information wants to be free.
I was going to start off with "Level 40 Impervium Recharge/Resist, blueside", but it is no longer true that the ingredients are 7 million inf and the crafted item is going for 50 million inf. People bought about eight of 'em at that price... not from me. Counting the wentworth's fee, that was a profit margin of 38 million, EACH.
The only problem is, last time I blew a niche I still had something for sale in it and I'm not going to make that mistake again.
Should I do it?
