Jill/Ex, I'm going to miss you a lot. Like so many others have said, it's always been a comfort to have your posts here about official goings-on, and I'm going to miss that aspect of your work here.
Your professionalism, intelligence and humor have been a blessing that all of us have enjoyed. I am encouraged, however, that people you've mentored will be following your example, so you've helped make our virtual a world a better place.
I hope your journey onward brings you joy, and I'm glad you'll be able to play CoH for pure fun now.

As many 7 pages before me have said this is quite sad. The loss of Cuppa and Lighthouse and now you. It was a blast running that ITF with you the other night. I truly hope that wherever you go brings you great happiness. There is no doubt in my mind that you will do well no matter where you go or what you do. And hopefully we will still be able to see you at HeroCon 09.

Ex, last year at SDCC you were the first behind-the-scenes, real person associated with City of... and NCSoft I'd ever met, and as such, you kind of became the face of this game for me.
I'll be as sorry as anyone to see you go, but I'm sure, or at least hopeful, that your new virtual horizon is as green, or greener than, the one you're leaving behind. Well, I guess that would be a virtual pasture. Maybe the virtual pasture is what you pass through on your way towards the virtual horizon. Whichever. You'll be missed!

This... bothers me.
I've never met you, in person, not in game, yet... this bothers me.
It's (seemingly) not a situation similar to LH (the Bert to your Ernie) leaving, yet... this bothers me.
I, honestly, can't say that I've been bothered by anyone else leaving. Sure, I've missed the occasional headbutting I had with LH, and wondered what would happen when Cuppa left, but this... is different.
There is a part of me that simply associates you with this game on as fundamentally essential a level as (in no particular oirder) Posi, Castle, BaBs & the Sexy One. And now, that part of the game, that I've come to value so highly... is leaving.
On a completely selfish note, I'm glad you're still heading to Hero Con (now as a member of the unwashed masses), since not being able to attend last year, I'll still get a chance to meet you and hopefully kick back a drink with you.
On a more sensitive note, I hope that whatever you're heading into works out for you beyond your expectations. I won't say good bye, instead I'll say

This was not the way I wanted to start my friday. You came to so many of our events with Q-Patrol/Q EVIL. I wish you the best in your new adventure. The Q's will be crying today. Come see us on Victory or heck even add a toon to our group, Dj Blu, Myself and Astrolynx can promise you'll never get bumped.
