I've seen this happen since around i11. It looks like this one might stick around like the Art: Ice Slick does not show up on Rikti Tile set bug.

Being pinned or unpinned has no effect. I never unpin my Friends List, and it still continually reopens when I close it.

From what I have seen, it generally only re-opens if you are holding a key to move a direction (I think it also affects autorun but not 100% sure on that). Stop, and close your friends list, then you should be ok to keep moving without it re-popping up.
EDIT: This is for when the friends list is pinned, not for when it is unpinned. Unpinned just keeps popping up no matter what I have tried.

I have noticed that even while pinned, the window will contiue to pop back up during battles. After all the movement and graphics calm down, only then will the window finally stay closed.

Add Deflection (the first toggle in Shield Defense) to the list. If you activate Deflection prior to entering a Flypose, the emote won't work. If you enter the flypose first, then toggle on Deflection, the flypose sticks.

If you have a character with a large body type and you turn on a power that causes a shield to be drawn the character will use the regular male model animations for jumping (legs are together with one foot higher), combat stance (legs are closer together) and running (figure is slightly more upright) instead of the large model animations.

The Call to Arms and Expedient Reinforcement IO sets (Recharge Intensive Pets) do not actually provide any Accuracy or Damage to pets. The Enhancement Screen numbers look good, but the Combat Log will indicate that pets still have a base 75% chance to hit even level mobs and do unenhanced damage with their attacks.
You cannot do the Organ Grinder story arc (Steven Sheridan, level 30-35 I think) via Ouroboros. After the first mission, Steven will say that you're too busy, and will not give you another mission.
VEAT Widow Follow Up has a pause at the end. It is supposed to animate in under a second, but it takes nearly twice as long as it should.

There is an odd animation/sound mismatch taking place with Mastermind Pulse Rifle Burst firing. The sound and damage take place long before the bolt heads towards the mob.

Actually the issue isn't tied to Inky Aspect, the issue is that Orbiting Debt does no damage to targets who are mezzed. You can mezz them with GW or GE and see this.
Also another issue: Illusion Control/Superior Invisibility - This toggle drops when mezzed even though it only affects the caster.
Pets (at least the fire control imps anyway) still run away when under an Oil Slick arrow that has been lit on fire.
Wasn't this suppose to be fixed already?? Still a bug as of 2.22.09

[/ QUOTE ]Happens on several of my characters, too. I've had several long, fruitless discussions with support. I even tried moving a character to another server, create a new one in the now-empty slot, move other character back. Window opacity problem followed the character both over and back.

Anyone else have issues with some binds (noticeably follow and jump) resetting to defaults when zoning or entering missions? I use a Belkin n52 Speedpad, thinking that may be part of the problem for me. It's been a problem for me since issue 9. Thanks
For those who have never played a Superstrength character to 32 (as a brute) or 38 (as a tanker) Footstomp is what it sounds like. Your character stomps their right foot on the ground hard enough to create a small explosion and shockwave graphice that races out at the floor's level whilst leaving a blackened 'crater' decal for a few seconds.
However while utilizing a shield the explosion currently goes off at shoulder level 3 feet behind and to the right of the Tanker's current position and there is no crater decal.

I dunno if anyone is having this issue or not, but everytime I crash randomly it takes 30 mins for CoH to verify all files (that being 2.3 GB)

Happens randomly, regardless of toon/server. I have a 13 PB on Infinity that never has a problem.

If you have the recipe/crafting window open, and a recipe branch expanded, the arrow keys are disabled for movement. WASD still work if you haven't remapped them, but not the arrows.
Defensive toggle Superior Invisibility still detoggles when user is slept, held, or stunned.

Sorry if this has been hashed out already, but i haven't seen any posts. I have a lvl 40 fire/storm controller, 20 fire/storm corruptor, and a 32 necro/storm MM. The MM's freezing rain seems to actually adhere to the power description, while my controller and corruptor's do not.
I timed them using my computer's system clock, and the controller/corruptor versions (and i suspect the defender version might do this too) clocked in at around 20 seconds for the effects to disappear. I know there's been a lot of discussion about the bugginess of the -res/-def, that it persists if a mob leaves the rain before the power ends, and ends if it's in the rain when the power ends. For sure it stops doing knockdown/slow.
My MM's FR had the effects for a full 45 seconds, and continued to do the visual effect, damage, slow, -res/-def, and knockdown the whole time. With 3 recharges, it's perma with overlap. It actually does what the detailed info says it's supposed to do.
It would be amazing to have the rest of our beloved stormies have fixed Freezing Rains, why do MMs have all the fun? Please??

Second: The Rikti Alteration pod does not allow me to change the Destructible Object Description. It reverts back to the default description as soon as you try to test it, or exit out of MA.
