Instead of a ~120% end discount like the brute version, it has a 60% end discount, but a 100% regeneration increase and a hefty heal (468 HP @ level 50 unenhanced) The end discount and regeneration buff last 30 seconds, and the power recharges in 2 minutes. Doesnt look like there's a crash or anything. No word if the recharge time is unenhanceable like SoW. -
And a hearty LOL at whoever gave me negative board reputation and called me a liar... I guess direct quotes from Posi and BAB aren't good enough.

I16 is not Going Rogue, as stated many times by Posi and BAB. -
Almost any soft-capped build is going to require full IO sets because most of the significant positional defense bonuses come from that 6th slot. You can look at 3 slotting Aegis, Blessing of the Zephyr, and Eradication for some bonuses, but soft-capping shield isn't cheap... And the combo of shield/ss is pretty end-heavy, even with a complete IO build out.

When you select "A", any text you type goes into the default channel selected for the tab you are currently on... So if you have the regular chat tab, Local is the default channel (but can be changed by right clicking and going into 'Edit Tab'). This is handy if you setup multiple tabs, with a different default channel in each one.
For example, set the Chat tab default to Team, add a second tab for, oh, PinnBadges and set the default to PinnBadges, and add a third tab for Infinity Badges and set the default to Infinity Badges. Now select the "A", and whichever tab you switch to, when you type, it will go to the right place. -

Actually the issue isn't tied to Inky Aspect, the issue is that Orbiting Debt does no damage to targets who are mezzed. You can mezz them with GW or GE and see this.
Also another issue: Illusion Control/Superior Invisibility - This toggle drops when mezzed even though it only affects the caster. -
