When zoning into a map from the tram while flying / hovering there is a strange animation that plays.

Does this mean that Ninja Blade didn't receive the animation changes?
I think that there is a problem with upgrading trial accounts now. I had a trial account, and when this patch came out today, I decided to buy the game. I did, but when I log in, I still have the trial limitations on my account. Maybe its the rest of the two week trial that you guys threw in with my subscription that is holding my account back from full gameplay, or maybe its the free month you guys threw in, who knows. But in any case, the problem still remains that I have trial limitations even though it is clear that I have signed up for a subscription. I have contacted your customer support, but they are taking a while to answer me. (8 and a half hours now). Being a new customer of NCSoft, I find that this is a rocky start, and am not very happy about this at all.
Yeah PB was good again with that combat flight speed , i was really hopeing that wasnt a bug, but for real the PB and WS are not Epic in story or power they suck still, now make them match the VEATs pleasse, this is dumb i worked hard to get a pb and now the villians have a true epic archetype. Come on NCsoft show the heroes some love

Had reported last week on the test server that the Mini 2 and Mini 3 skirts have the slits on the front and back now instead of the sides so that the character's underwear is clearly visible. Checked today's update and sure enough now the same issue is happening on the live server. Don't know if there are any other clothes items this happens on. I have bugged it on both servers. FYI

Yeah i don't think so, it's been so long that the villains got anything good and now that they have you want something better for heroes, come on

This is not a patch, this is housecleaning worthy of throwing out the window.
Where's the fix for the teammates buffs displays that are magically disappearing? No one can tell who has what buffs, or when they are blinking if they are invisible.
Where's the fix for the massive numbers of users who are getting Out Of Sync and must catch a TP, zone, or relog so they can ReSync?
That Trial Patch should have gone in a year ago.

Where's the fix for the daily issues with your chat channels mysteriously vanishing, which can be fixed if you rezone?
Or the fix for the daily issues with the Channels themselves going completely down?
Boo. Not a good patch. Should have not bothered wasting your time with this, and focus on the real issues. If this is the "Important" player requested fixes I would just laugh my butt off.

I would assume that he's talking about the powers in the Mace Mastery Patron Pool, given if you choose Black Scorpion as your Patron.

It's all 3 Minis, just harder to tell on the Mini 1 skirt. However, all my short-skirted toons now have butt imprints on their right hips. 
I think Pencil, Pencil Leather, and Mini Leather too. Pretty sure the Leather skirts used to have the seams on the sides.

They probably would have added it a year ago, except the game couldn't differenate between a tiral acccount and a regular account until recently.

Not saying that these problems don't exsist, but I know I never have these problems on Victory, so it may be more of a server traffic issue. Still should be fixed.

My 2 cents, while it doesn't fix the big huge things, but that's because either they haven't figured out how to fix them yet, having problems reproducing them so they can get them fixed, or didn't make it through in time for the build. And while not important to you, this patch does have quite a few changes that could be annoying to those that affect it (like the invisible mace for banes after respec) and the various power related changes/fixes.
May be not important to you, but important and much needed to others.
rdit: I see the MA changes got through, but did the Katana ones get in with this patch?

This is odd because Lighthouse on the 12th posted that

I was wrong when I reported that this was fixed over on Test. If, when you first start the client, you log in to a character in Cimerora first, you will still get this issue. The compass will be double sized and will stay that way until you quit the client.

You guys suck. Thanks to this stupid update I lost the 2 Millions I ever managed to make, got stuck at level 13 while being one and can't even talk to join teams or whisper people.
I'm way too mad about this, Not getting this game anymore.

If you cant see why this was a needed thing to ensure the enjoyment of the game for the paying customers, i dunno what to tell ya.

It has nothing to do since Trial Users only live for 15 days. Just because someone who's new and want to try the game to see if they are willing to throw 15 bucks monthly or w/e the price is and they just find out they can't experience the game itself could really hit.
NC soft has let me down twice now, I also bought Auto Assault just to know the next day the game was closed. The only game that has really worked for me is Guildwars.
"Bought" Auto Assault? I got that game for free from a store the Christmas months before it was cancelled.
Also, if you're still on a trial account then you werent committed to the game. And in this game ... 2 million is next to nothing end game wise.
IF you play the game and get a toon into the high 40s, you'll make that every 30 minutes or so you play.
Pay for the game. If you do get the game for real and not cause it's free kinda thing... send a petition in and see if you can get your stuff back.
Thank you, City of Heroes, for giving me a superhero social network combined with amazingly smooth game play. Petitions signed with realistic expectations.
