I think that there is a problem with upgrading trial accounts now. I had a trial account, and when this patch came out today, I decided to buy the game. I did, but when I log in, I still have the trial limitations on my account. Maybe its the rest of the two week trial that you guys threw in with my subscription that is holding my account back from full gameplay, or maybe its the free month you guys threw in, who knows. But in any case, the problem still remains that I have trial limitations even though it is clear that I have signed up for a subscription. I have contacted your customer support, but they are taking a while to answer me. (8 and a half hours now). Being a new customer of NCSoft, I find that this is a rocky start, and am not very happy about this at all.
