Do you switch servers much? Last I checked, the file that it stores the order in gets overwritten every time you modify the order and every time you select a server... and only populates the file with the server you select. So if you set it up for one server, then go to another server to set that one up, it overwrites the file. I've even tried manually writing to the file to set the order with multiple servers, but no luck. What I haven't tried, and I'll try tonight, is making that file read-only so it CAN'T overwrite it.
The patch appears to have broken the Portable Workbench power.

They're still orange, and I'm afraid I disagree with you. The change to the word merit works just fine for me. Even though a different color altogether would allow me to relegate processing this input to an even smaller part of my brain, what they did here works fine for me.
Personally, I want them to color code the recipie drop messages.

This really needs a higher priority, I won't play my kin because 'SB PLZ' is bad enough, but now it's just ridiculous.....Icons not working are a 'big deal' for us players, even a patch JUST for this fix would be within reason.

Confuse is bugged and operating on its own suppression cycle. (All the other mezes suppress when any one mez suppresses.) I've detailed it a bit more here

Do not like the animation changes to widows. Please put them back pre patch.
I do not need 3 attacks with pretty much the same animation.

This behavior is also affecting Mental Manipulation's Subdual. If I had more powers in the set, I could tell if it was more than just Subdual.
Also, is it just me, or is the delay they put into Mental Blast from the Psychic Blast set just a tiny tad too much?

I'm going to guess there's a major exploit fix in this patch. It's honestly the only reason this patch should have gone live without some tweaks first. There's some major changes that didn't get nearly ironed out. Night Widow changes are buggy and is Hover still as fast as Fly? Even the Stalker changes have a tweak coming up according to Castle.
So, what was so game breaking that this had to go live?

We don't post notes on exploit or other changes. There were a number of Known Issues that were corrected in the update on the 28th. We'll have a new public Known Issues list (that's nicely shorter than previous) on the website shortly.
