I am fully impressed with the diversity added to this upcoming issue. Again another phenomenal job by the team. More content, more character customization, and more Archetypes. Thank you all for more quality game play.

Every AT gains at least 1 powerset -- Masterminds only get a Secondary, no new Primary. Brutes get 2 new Primaries, and 1 secondary. Everyone else gets 1 Primary and 1 Secondary.

Probably reading too much into this but is this a hint that the Rikti invasion will be going away at a later date along with the accolade? Just wondering with the numerous invasion dates lately, my tinfoil hat is itching.

I seriously doubt that they announced the schedule for the Invasions without considering the release of new Issues. One week a month or so of Invasions is probably part of their plans for other things for the game to come this year.

That's understandable. The lack of independent (from heroes and Arachnos) content that is truly villainous is still disappointing.

I don't believe that takes away from the merits of what they are adding though. It's just not the toy that has been asked for.

yeah with the RWZ we have co-op and now with this Midnight group and roman zone we have co-adventure (both in the same zone and possibly doing things that are next to each other but not co-op).

I think I this point I agree it'd be nice to get some uniquely villan content.

Though I'm not too fond of being linked to arachnos (even if it is to destroy them ), i like that this issue did have one thing villan only: villan epic at.

In the future I'd like some more exclusive villan content to be intro'd in parallel to the rest of issues "for everyone" content.

To Angry: Angry, what do you think of the powerset prolif? (At least from what little we've heard). Surely you can't be disappointed in that?

For me (and I bet some other regular zone pvpers) THAT is the best part of the issue!

I'm rather surprised we're getting this AFTER Jack left the game, but it looks interesting. Totally different from anything else, but I don't really have any feel until I actually run the zones. I'm excited to see how this part of the story plays out though.

Curious about the 10-20 joining stipulation. I'd wager it's just so we can join early, but can't abuse the initiation mission like the Vanguard one. It looks like the rest of the arc fits in the more missions for everyone concept started in I10.

EXTREMELY excited for the Roman costumes. The shoulder cape mantle alone is cheerworthy, but the rest of the armor looks terrific as well.

Interesting... very interesting actually. Honestly, there's not a whole lot to go on at this point. So far they look FAR more RP friendly than the Kheldians assuming they don't turn into seafood. They may as well simply be a couple of new powersets villainside.

I'm really curious to see what those powersets will be though and how this "branching" concept will work out and when it will occur. Personally, I wouldn't be exactly surprised if the branching happened at level 40 in place of our Patron Pool and only consisted of 4 powers or so.

Still, there's all sorts of potential here to make some cool, unique characters. I assume there's no gender restriction here? Blood Widows are almost certainly going to play as some kind of Claw/Spines scrapper style character while Wolf Spiders could do Mace style attacks well. The specialization has me more interested, however, as a Widow has a lot of Psi attacks and the idea of getting all the Crab blasts and attacks is interesting.

Honestly, I just won't know until I see the sets, but there's certainly potential here.

No. No, no, no no no. Why would you do this? I promised myself no more alts. I promised I'd focus on my existing characters and really put time in to finishing them. Most hold strong... must resist... must... not...

Cool. I know this has been on a lot of people's wishlists for ages. Looking forward to seeing what comes out of this, and whether or not I need to reroll a few characters.

Really? Now? I have to say part of me just laughs at this, but better late than never. I think it's much appreciated and will be very welcome, particularly to new players, but I will mourn the loss of years worth of jokes of the trial by fire that has been the Hollows for most of the game's existence. Thank you.

Power tray configuration! Really excited about this and all the things we can do with it. Likely I'm going to have a teleportation grid tray open at all times if you keep up the new teleporters this issue.

Contact redesign will be welcome. I've wanted sorting since... Issue 1 I guess, but the Detectives have made it mandatory.

Inspiration Conversion has some interesting possibilities. Lots of tactical uses for this and a great way to keep people involved in their inspirations.

Highly welcome chat improvements. Once I get used to them, I have about 2,000 stupid tricks I'll need to unlearn.

Well, it's only a guess. But it's also the only one I see being ported over, without having a corresponding Primary (Some with a few Rad, cold...ect blasts).

Figure like the other Secndaries of MMs tho, they'll be weaker than Corrs (at least that's how my /Dark MM felt compared to my /Dark Corr).

I'm very interested in the power set proliferation. The possibilities, while not quite endless, are a lot closer to endless then they used to be.

Im not going to address the topics that others have discussed at length as GOOD things - Notably Power Proliferations, Villian Epics etc. But I did want to question the decision to include roman (roman?) maps and costumes...

WTH is with this? I can not name one SUPERHERO (Miller's "300" is NOT a superhero comic) comic book that has ever gone to the Roman time period. This is a VERY bizarre choice. Whatever happened to the surveys about what kind of content that the players were given way back when? I seem to remember COOL things like a lunar base or underwater settings... Unless theyre going to introduce mythological beasts such as hydras and cerberus, this is going to be VERY lame.

I was playing this game to play in SUPERHERO settings...

Any thoughts on this roman thing?

Um, hello? It is very common in comic books to go tripping through time and space and come upon strange things like this (Ever read Doctor Strange?, New Mutants, Power Pack, Fantastic Four, The Maxx, Spawn, the list goes on). They just happened to choose to do a Roman trip instead of a Dinosaur one. Just because a comic book does not revolve around a theme doesn't mean it is disincluded from possibility.
