Thank you for the schedule! I posted it on my SG's forums so hopefully our members can plan around them (to be there or not be there, as the case may be). Its very, very appreciated!
Yeah I missed half this the first time due to vacations.
once the anouncement changed from RED to green I was missing the few that spawned unless I was watching or zoned into an area and thought why is the sky funny.

Everyone seems to have missed the most important part of this all, Lighthouse posted with such indepth-knowledge of vanguard ongoings, and referred to vanguard so personally.
This brings me to one conclusion..
Lighthouse is none other than the dark watcher.

I've so wanted this to happen for a long time. This just adds to the awesome that is this game, and the devs.
I think it was long over due. A periodic invasion keeps the game fun. It should always be part of future updates, even if it changes up somewhat. Being invaded keeps us sharp...and not always having to do repetitive missions to keep us busy.

Same here, I was at Pennsic War. I only got the accolades on a couple of alts - now many more can join their sisters in knowing they helped save the world!

I dislike the invasions, since my system has some sporadic issues with the game at normal times, but at least you gave warnings for those of us like me, and brought it back for the people who enjoyed it.
So what I thought I'd do is return and pretend I can focus on something.

I loved the invasion. I fight invasions every chance I get. I'll drop one of my missions (when solo) in a hot minute to run to an invasion.

Meh I worked hard post invasion because I forgot to get the psy accolade on my toons.
Once I realized it is a mere shadow of demonic/archmage in terms of def and resistance the invasion has very little meaning to me personally.
Wow that was fast i remember only a few days ago this beeing asked for! hmmm now were did i put that lag defelctor.... :P owell still lots of fun and the acolade is worth the pain

The (periodic) Return of the Rikti is one of the most fun events in CoH.
My only wish - my ONLY wish! - for this event would be that when the Rikti start raiding, all Zones get opened to everyone, Hero and villain alike, and they all go Co-Op! "Out-Of-Towners" could be auto-teleported back to the Zone they entered from or any PvP Zone, but it would be so cool to fight side-by-side with my friends' alts from both sides of the law!
Whatever, I'm just happy for the chance to do MORE RIKTI-STOMPING! WOO-HOOOOOOO!!!!
