I can almost hear the wind-up noise of the Chronosphere from Command & Conquer: Red Alert every time I see that... *drool* 
I _think_ it's this one...you can see the beginning and ending of it in two parts of the trailer.
Just before the halfway point (32 seconds in), shiny metal dude raises his arm into the air, then appears to explode in a blaze of red light. What I _think_ is actually happening is that the lightning bolt propels the villain to a destination where a huge explosion takes place.
You can see the end of the power at 45 seconds. A parking lot of cars with a couple Freedom dudes. Shiny blue villain appears out of nowhere (if you freeze the video, you can see that he zoomed in from the lower left), stops and detonates all the cars and char-broils all the heroes. Another view of this end move can be seen at 1:05.
Please correct any incorrect assumptions I've made

when is i7coming out i have not yet seen a date yet i got 5 toons lvl 40 and really am mad cuz i see trailers and i get teased like if i was a fat kid and i am hungry and i7 is cake
The only thing I'm worried about is that this was run on a computer that has the new physics card. In that case, there are things in this video 95% of us will never see. 
The new costume pieces I noticed from that video:
1. Robotic Hands/Shoulder/Feet
Pretty industrial robotic looking. Lots of gears with this stuff.
2. Plant Hands/Legs/Feet/Hair
Looks like mossy coverings over the body. Combined with purplish skin and matching green body fur, they made a character that looks like a pretty convincing plant villain.
3. Able to color the "Work Boots" now it seems. The undead pirate fire corrupter had brownish work boots matching his pants.
4. Trench coats!!!
One other things I noticed, I think that elec/* brute used a temp power earned from the mayhem mission. In one part of the video he throws a fireball at a PPD guy.

That's actually a patron power, from Scirocco. It's called Mu Blast. Also, the Lightning Rod power is a two-parter. The PC calls a bolt of red lightning from the sky, causing him to teleport. When he reappears, a PBAoE effect happens, causing an arc from one person to the next (possibly, I could be mixing that up with something else entirely on the chain effect). You target the ground where you want to go, like Teleport, and when you arrive, you blast the holy bejeezus out of everyone.

PPS: anyone going to put up a mirror somewhere so that guy stuck in the Sands can see this? I hope? I wish I could. Though I disagree with our boys and girls being in the Sands, as it were, I still will do anything I can to help em out. Tangent here. Everyone go back to your drooling over the blow-it-up, swaggering childis..er, innovative, enthralling mayhem content. bah :P

WAIT THAT'S RIGHT YOU HAVEN'T
You can solo any mission in this game. Just don't expect to do it on Relentless, whiner. My most-played villains are a Stalker and a Dominator. I've done fine.

Attack? Move? Placate? Assassin's Strike? The unnecessary concern is almost as amusing as people claiming that they couldn't do Bank Heist missions with their Stalkers in the early levels.

I've nearly completely soloed my Stalker to 40, as well. That, however, wasn't my question. How are we supposed to put out enough damage in the limited time we get to complete these ridiculous missions? And, they ARE ridiculous, you realize...?

The same way we put out enough damage outside of Hide in both PVE and PVP. If all you do is "BU+AS->Run" then yes, I suppose you would have a big problem.
