If you're a villain, maybe you should get to use the Freedom Phalanx and the Vindicators at a certain point.

Hey, Astarus, I know that on every site it says you get the Crey Power Tank from completing that Task Force, but unfortunately it's incorrect. I, along with lots of other players, have done that TF and weren't awarded with the badge.
Some of us theorized it was a kill badge, and we ended up being right. I ran around Brickstown defeating any random Crey Tank I could find, not just bosses, and after 100 defeats I was awarded the badge.

You get it when you get Vangaurd (or some of the badges in Vanguard), actually. Got them both at the same time today.
If it's not vanguard itself, then it's gotta be something to do with the Savant history badge (the badge I got last for vanguard)
And about Archmage of Agony, I just did the 3rd shard TF without getting it. So seriously, it isn't from that.
I got the Rikti Drone for completing the Savant badge.
I want more Outcasts. So far, there's a mere Outcast Slugger. I don't know what else there is, but there ought to at least be some elemental Outcast minions! I'd love if there were Lts., and let's not talk about how awesome bosses would be... But, heh, 3 Lead Scorchers and one Lead Freezer might get slightly annoying.

MY best geuss is the arch-mage of agony is for dinging 30. Ive seen 4 people with it and most of them share no common badges. The only thing linking them is the fact they are level 30. Also I have yet to see a -30 have that badge.
