I can confirm this, the moment I got my Archmage Accolade I got the Arch Madge of Madness gladiator.

The Archmage of Madness is rewarded for gaining the Archmage accolade, and The Steel Strongman is obtained for getting an Illusionist badge.

Anyone PM'ed him with the new location, Bo Bindel is too great to die.
