With a full understanding of what the OP is trying to do:
I have 70-some Characters (no 50s) scattered between 5 or so servers.
Only one, IIRC, uses the second build. That particular Character is a Thugs/Dark MM that works between normal (Build 1) and near-petless (Build 2) builds.
To the OP:
If you can't make due with:
- Freespec
- Vetspecs
- Trial Earned Respecs
- Recipe Respecs
- Pay Respecs
Then you must have problems.

It was done, I want to say either in I16 or I17. After you run the first mission and return to clear it with the contact, you should get the ability to call them.

Good to know I wasn't the only one with issues w/258.96
Didn't know about the more recent ones before that, so I rolled back to 197.45 (My most recent download before 258). I'll have to see if I can get the 257 and see if that'll work.

Sounds interesting...
Seeing a new Live-Action TMNT might be worth it. Given that it's been around 20 years since the first LA film was done, a reboot wouldn't hurt. While the origin is widely known, I would look at this as more a setting reboot.
Now don't get me wrong, I think the first LA film still holds up as a film. I would be interested in seeing stuff in tone closer to the original comics. The concept art shown seems to be in a good direction, so I'm willing to give it a wait and see as well.

You should of gotten at least one contact request from calling Calvin. From your description you got the contact to start the Warden Arc.
In either case, Warden or Crusader, after you see the contact and get the intro dialog, you need to reclick on that contact to get the missions going. This will happen every time your introduced to new contacts in Praetoria.

I will agree with the reviewer about the 3rd person shooter aspect of CoX. It's one of the things I like about City.
Also his comment about not being able to tweak graphics settings with out actually being in the game I can also agree with.
Otherwise, It's not a bad review of GR.

For the most part, as others have mentioned, you'll see some content that is available to those who haven't purchased GR. But for the near future, the majority of content will be accessed if you have GR.
The first, and long ranged, item is the Incarnate System. The full system will be introduced in I19. To use that system, you will need Going Rogue.
The other thing is that the newest CoX retail box (at least in the US) is going to have GR as part of the purchase. So, for the most part, any new players coming in to CoX are not going to worry about if they can access new Issue content or not.
Now, beyond I19, we really have no clue what is going to happen. But If you are concerned, you'll probably want to break down and spend the money to get Going Rogue.

I would tend to say that Player Transfer to Test has been down because it got redirected to the GR Beta Test.
The GR Beta is a separate set of servers and client install.

The underground zone(s) are dimly lit in places.
GG's Pics are good representations of the zone(s)
NOTE: While the Underground is considered one zone, it is split up into 3 separate zones. One below each of the above ground City Zones: Nova Pretoria, Imperial City, and Neutropolis.

My rig is set up:
- Fullscreen play
- Firefox running so I cal Alt-Tab as needed
- Sometimes either Windows Media or Winamp running to listen to my music collection
My playstyle in game:
- Prefer to solo, but will PuG if I feel like it
- Duo with my GF and Trio with a friend of hers as well
- Prefer to run all the regular contact storyline content as I can
- No XP option is my friend
- Trying to finish tweaking several of the SG bases the GF and I have

From what you are describing, your on a Trial Account. What is linked is a description of the Trail Account Restrictions off of Paragonwiki.
Once you purchase and upgrade to a full account, AE will be open to you.

Yea. I noticed that the on-line store was down when I logged in. When that happens, any character slots not used beyond your initial 12 become unusable.

Fry's Electronics and Frys.com carry the 60-day NCSoft cards, no problem.
Also if you happen to live near a Fry's, you can order on-line for pick up in the store (if they have it in stock, that is...). Considering the NCSoft cards work on any game they offer, don't worry about it.
