Not a month ago I got a COH time card at Best Buy for $20. Had a months time and the temp jet-pack power, they still got a stack of them there too. It could be that your Best buy is just out of stock.

I meant game card then... I couldn't find any of the 4 places I would regularly find them they are just gone as if someone went around and stole them all. I had to get a time card

Fry's Electronics and Frys.com carry the 60-day NCSoft cards, no problem.
Also if you happen to live near a Fry's, you can order on-line for pick up in the store (if they have it in stock, that is...). Considering the NCSoft cards work on any game they offer, don't worry about it.

I've had no problem finding game cards at Rite-Aid.
