Can't Copy Characters?

Yes, pretty much put a halt to me trying to get things set up for my team.
The tool falls over sometimes. PMing a Mod (Ocho or Av) or sending a Petition usually does the trick, someone goes over and kicks the hamster cage.

iv coppied my characters over but they are not appearing on the test server and i can't make a new character either
Today I can copy from any server except Champion. Which is hilarious, since all my characters are on Champion...

I can copy characters from Freedom & Virtue. Guess what servers I don't play on. *sigh*

Yep, Freedom and Virtue toons are the only ones available for copy atm.

Wait, you want the copy tool to appear to be working AND actually work AND you want more than a 20-user max on Test?! God you people are picky.
Me also they taken GR off test because it wont let me make a pretorian
I have tried several times this week to copy from Freedom server to both locations and still no luck. 8/7/2010
The Copy Tool died the day they did the 12 hour maint on the game. Something happened and the forums went down, too.
There has been no official statment, despite threads about it, and PMs.

It is still down :/ At least players cap is raised.
I would tend to say that Player Transfer to Test has been down because it got redirected to the GR Beta Test.
The GR Beta is a separate set of servers and client install.

"I have notified NCsoft Network Operations that the copy tool is not working for all servers. Presently it appears to be working for Freedom and Virtue, but not other servers."
still cant copy and I log in with my old password too
Is there at least some sort of ballpark guess as to when someone might consider looking into this? The Live server transfers work, right? I mean...doesn't that process work in a similar manner as the copy tool?

I can copy characters from only the Freedom server.
Sadly, my level 50 would be on infinity and I have gotten errors saying that the feature is not available.
It's still broken. I'd ask if it's a matter of it being a difficult problem to fix or of not caring, but I already know the answers, and that just makes me angrier.
