Can't Copy Characters?

It's still broken. I've checked pretty much every day. I'll probably just start updating on a monthly basis.
I tried today to copy a character from Triumph and got the expected 'selected service is currently unavailable' message. Trying to copy from Virtue, however, gave me a list of characters and two choices:
Destination: Public Test Server | Going Rogue Test Server
This seems...odd.
The transfer acts like it works but the character does not actually copy over (or hasn't yet as of this post).
Every server except Freedom and Virtue gives the 'selected service is currently unavailable' message.

Great news, gang. Test Server PvPers have finally given up. The Great Copy Tool Embargo of 2010, now having accomplished its goal, can be lifted, and the Copy Tool should be returning for PvE usage any day now.
Would really be nice to have this fixed.
Edit: Oops, sorry. I forgot I was on my wife's login trying to copy a character to Test for her.
Come on, folks! Can't we get this fixed?
Chained Bulldog level 33 Stalker on Liberty
Cobalt Blue Knight level 32 Scrapper on Guardian
Drone Keeper level 32 MM on Champion
Glacier Force level 28 Tanker on Justice
and 7 nearly full servers of alts waiting their turns.
It appears to be fixed. At the least, I can now get a list of characters for servers other than Freedom.
Only time will tell if the characters copy, however...

Note that even if it's showing characters currently (which it is, using the link Kheldarn posted), the links to get to it on the forums, both on the main page and in the "how to access the training room" sticky, are still broken and timing out.
I haven't tried copying anything yet, so I'll just go with my sig for now.

Oh, and it works best in Chrome. Firefox crashed, and IE 8 doesn't like it at all.
Pfft FF officially sux for me. Some redirect bug to bad sites messed it up and even after uninstalling and re installing the bug still stuck...
It says its copying and it can take up to 30 min...and then doesnt copy

Yes I did both...6 times. Ive done it with I.E. and am now doing it with Mozilla. Id usae Chrome but it doesnt like my computer

we have 09-02-2010 and if u consider that hot posted this some weeks after the character copy tool broke , it is broken for like 4 months?!?!?!?
How are we supposed to believe that they will fix it OMG !!!
