Interesting. And purdy. Belladonna's costume still looks very similiar to her Night-Widow uniform, which seems to imply that Night-Widow was in charge of creating the uniforms for the female faction of Arachnos.

Kinda sort of...
The underground zone(s) are dimly lit in places.
GG's Pics are good representations of the zone(s)
NOTE: While the Underground is considered one zone, it is split up into 3 separate zones. One below each of the above ground City Zones: Nova Pretoria, Imperial City, and Neutropolis.
