Makes it easier to bring that window up

The sleep patch is cool because it pulses often enough to make most enemies stay asleep; at best they seem narcoleptic.

Demons, in addition to having attacks with a useful secondary effect, the demons themselves have a nice little variety of damage types.

Pistols is nice - if you use swap ammo you can help reinforce what your team is doing. Do note, however, that if in a state where a secondary effect doesn't apply (such as ice ammo and the slow effects) any profs for powers of that type won't proc (so for a slow set proc to hit you must have the ice ammo on)

Have you tried opening the NCSoft Launcher yet, and right clicking CoH, and chosen "Repair (Consistency Check)"?

If that doesn't fix it, try again after going into the city of folder and deleting the cksum file would be my next try.

They've made mention of some kind of more phsyical (Martial Arts?) themed blaster secondary.

They made of point of writing down the demand for ice armor and melee for scrappers.

No dates/promises/call backs even though I entered it into their phones for them.

The only time origin is "big" is for Trick Arrow - most like Tech or Magic because the origin power does energy damage and will lite up Oil Slick.

Other when you first log in, of course, the top server is the last one you logged into. Otherwise, top to bottom, they are listed from lightest to heaviest load. As mentioned load isn't population although population does affect load.

It was a timing thing, to make it less 4AM in the morning-ish for the EU folks.

At the time of the Keyes Reactor event, the servers were the same for both sides.

So either I'm a nobody, or I hallucinate when I play non-AE content on freedom... Gotcha.

Go down to the server forums, look up freedom - check out the list of global channels.

The EU event was /is to be on the same server as the NA event - it was just going to be a different time. However, it was moved due to issues with the Luancher, Account Status, and the copy tool.

You should not need both an EU and NA version of Beta and Test.

Nor Live, now, I would think.

As far as I know, the old Start/Stop/Copy trick should still work.

Just for your info - any time you buy a recipe with any kind of merit :

Specific recipes will be at the level the slider is at (default is your current level)

Random recipes, while it will be from what is available at the level the slider is at, are always at your level or the highest available for that recipe, whichever is lower.

Originally, any power which might cause redraw actually had a pause built in that would be taken up by the redraw.

So redraw or no, each power took the same length of time.

BAB ended up removing that, however, so less redraw does speed up the attack chain a little. IIRC, of course.

Fairly certain Mirror is magic.

Foreshadow is Natural. His constant re-incarnation might be considerEd magical, but that really only affects his motivation. His abilities are mere training.

Like Positron. He IS a mutant (generates antimatter) but he is a Tech hero because his ability as a mutant is basically worthless on it's own - his suit (one of his many inventions) make it usable.
