Drukkan, you might not call it a "competing product" but CCo is a Super Hero genre MMO game. It IS a competitor.
And this rule has always been around in one format or another here. NCSoft just prefers to do a CYA maneuver and make sure it doesn't seem like they own or endorse it.
And Candyland does not traditionally have a video element. -
Kaze no Stigma is helped, at least, in that there is no special outfit, and that magic is known/used by others in the world (the "primary" female adult character runs the police departments "magical crimes" unit.)
edit : I'd bag & tag Kaze the same as Slayers. -
Yes, guardian. Any proc or 120 in an ongoing power such as a rain or toggle checks once every ten seconds.
Note Force Feedback's proc also has a self-suppression thing going, so it cannot stack. -

This would be like the old Team Recall/Singularity change shorty after original release - the power was simply changed, if you had Fold Space, you instead had Singularity (as I recall, the game still calls it Fold Space in it's unique ID). There is no way to double dip in the primary/secondary sets as someone could of with Inherent fitness. -
It could very well be that this forum will be set to manual purge only, like Player guides. If so, then I see this as have use.

And while I don't think it's been confirmed if adding a box gives you a token for the month of VIP, the first box on an account awards a bonus token. And you can frequently find an old retail box for less than $15 shipped ( so it would give 1 token, possibly 2 to new accounts), especially if you have something like a big lots nearby

And the fact about the mistells is important - since Z was doing this as a CM and not a player, he had to use his NCSoft account, which will always have a chance of a mistell to admin

It's a side effect of the fact that admin is the only global channel that isn't automatted, for the most part. And it's made to show in every tab so when they have the "server down" warnings nobody can say they missed it. If it wasn't for the mistells (like doing /l instead of /lc for use, just more noticeable) there would of been only the one message.

My thought is to give Stone Armor users a choice at tier 9. You would choose between either Granite Armor 'Legacy' ( or call it Classic,' or wharever) and the new Granite Armor Custom.
No problem for existing toons because, just like when we got inherent stamina, you have to respec to choose the new Granite Armor Custom.
Hope they get to it sooner rather than later.

Second, don't complain to the developers, comlain to the people who make violating the games Terms of Service their business. The requirement that players invest money is mainly there to restrict RMT spam.
And this game is more "Subscription with two free-play options" than being a true/traditional Free 2 Play game. -
Keyes doesn't need (that many) healers if people /move/ and actually use inspirations in my experience.

THe alignment system opens up at 20, so you can switch sides (without limit on the number of times you switch) from then on.

If you have not yet, buying any amount of points awards a bonus token the first time. Also, you do not have to fill a tier to unlock that tiers bonus, merely have enough tokens earned to do so (minor difference, admittedly, but as such it happens automatically unlike the stuff in the tiers you must slot for. )

Part of it, however, is say you have all 12 slots full on freedom (no extras) drop to perm, unlock a slot on freem that has no character.
When you re-VIP, a systemthat auto-unlocks would not let you choose to unlock the 12 from when you where VIP or if you want to leave one locked and unlock the one from when you were prem. -
Not to mention some of the small side bonus for being VIP. I've a character at level 4, no AH badges, and he can hold 40 pieces of salvage. A non-VIP, as I read the rewards shrub, doesn't get the bonus inventory and would be able to hold only about 8, maybe 10 pieces. Without going for a whole bunch of AH badges, my pre-Freedom 50s held 55.

I'm afraid your argument is specious Zwillinger. It may be a commercial reality that Paragon decide to run completions that exclude part of the player base but they could, should they so decide stipulate that
- Only competitions that include the entire player base are acceptable
- standard rules and regulations must be altered to accommodate non-North American players.

Leadership is a good match for MMs - but a pool being a good match doesn't mean all powers will work excellent while solo for anyone. Even MMs. And maneuvers goes good with Necros.
