You have never been able to delete accounts.
For speed, creating a new account is best, especially if you have not put any money on it.
If something ever happens and the slots on a developed account end up on the wrong servers, going VIP for a month will reset your slots for Premium, from what I understand.
And I'd recommend at least spending five bucks on his account for points, boost him from Freem to Prem, which would also unlock Tells and SG for him. -
Heh, maybe they'd finally use the Melee Ranged modifiers.

In my experience, at the level you fight average kobolds (when you are not high enough they are basically CoH underlings) 9 vs 1 can be quite deadly, just based off the probabilities. Not to derail the thread, but I always disagreed with this formula of Jack's "Killer DM" mentality. Minions, if you follow comic book tropes, should be cannon fodder, cheap and easy to wade through and not worth much as all. Three street level thugs should NOT be a threat, even to a beginning hero. Heck, 9-to-1 should be a minor challenge purely for the "kobold effect."
In addition, especially for the melee ATs the "three even con minions" starts tilting towards "+3 con minions" as you get above 30, in my experience.
The 3 even con minions is more for lower levels, and that itself was a radical departure from games like EQ where it was "Three even con Players vs. 1 NPC" practically. -
However, I don't know of any instance in which it hurts to have them in.

I recommend you update any ongoing support ticket with "Still waiting" every 48 hours until it's resolved UNLESS they mention a timeline - then you bug after that time has passed - just to make sure the ticket doesn't get closed.

For the achillies proc, try the Healing delivered channel. Damage procs are in the damage delivered channel.
As I recall, Achilles Heel grants the target an autopower - thus the no stacking what so ever. But those kinds of rebuffs tend to avoid level/rank scaling. -

Street justice is treating me alright so far - it's combo system is a lot better than Dual blades, I think. -
Marion - is this the first time you've edited those characters since issue 21? There was a category merge in the new issue (normal head & masks I think) which could cause that.

People try the bathroom looking for the video lotto and vice versa for the bathroom in the lotto room where I work. The one one that makes me wonder are those who try looking for the (non-existent) lunch buffet in the bathroom area.
