Achil Proc
The fury of the gladiator proc will stack with it though.
Ah brilliant ok thanks, I have made a Rad/Poison corr, was looking to see if I could hit -res cap in groups... was looking at Achillies Proc in irridate and Nut.Bomb, PvP -res proc in Irridate also, then another Achillies in Envenom and Venomous Gas toggle....
Is -res cap 70% ? and is there a way to see when procs Fire and on who ?
Ta.

Considering with just envenom and venomous gas gives you just about -50% there will likely be multiple mobs in the spawn at -70%, but they will be pretty random.
Wiki lists -resistance floor at -300%. I am not sure if that counts as debuff cap though.
For the achillies proc, try the Healing delivered channel. Damage procs are in the damage delivered channel.
As I recall, Achilles Heel grants the target an autopower - thus the no stacking what so ever. But those kinds of rebuffs tend to avoid level/rank scaling.

Negaduck: I see you found the crumb. I knew you'd never notice the huge flag.
I know that the proc does not stack on itself but will it restart the timer on itself.
For example using a reset of the proc after 10 seconds (I do not remember the actual time the debuff stays on).
If I hit a power with the proc and it goes off the enemy has the debuff for 10 seconds. If 5 seconds into that cycle I hit another power with the proc and it also fires off does the enemy have the proc reset to 10 seconds? I know the -res value would stay constant.
Thanks.

It should also be noted that this is an actual value of -300%. If you're fighting a critter with a 50% resistance to Smashing damage, you can reduce their smashing resistance by 350% (and they'll resist your debuffs by 50% as well - so you'd actually need 700% worth of resistance debuffs before factoring said critters' resistance to floor their smashing resistance)
Another interesting detail about the Achilles Proc is that it ignores resistance based on level difference. Normally, if you fire a power that puts a 20% resist debuff on an enemy that's 4 levels higher than you, it only experiences a -9.6% resist debuff. Achilles Heel still gives the full -20%. The downside is that if you're fighting enemies 1 level below you, your 20% resist debuff power will actually hit for a -22.2% resist debuff, while Achilles Heel still only hits for a -20% debuff.
Typically, one of your best bets for flooring an enemy's resistance is a /Sonic Blast defender with a primary that also carries a resist debuff, such as Radiation, Sonic, or Storm Summoning, and something you can stick an Achilles Proc into. Even then, the vast majority of things you're fighting are probably going to keel over dead before you can max their -resist, and I'm not sure if a single defender can actually pull it off (well, maybe if they're carrying a level shift from the Alpha Slot and an Ultimate inspiration while facing a GM or AV which already has a negative resistance score against one type of damage, and throw in a Chemical Burn warburg nuke for good measure)

Huh.
Am I right in thinking this stacks, so in my Rad Corruptor, if I hit Irridate and then Nut.Bomb then there is a chance that the -20% will stack to a -40% on the mobs that are hit by the chance twice ??? Yes this would be from same caster.
