Only way I could think of would be to straight up ask Support since the toons are probably lvl 1. I'm almost sure you can have multiple Free Accounts tied to your VIP account, there should be a way on the NCsoft site (when logged in as a master) to delete the free one I thought... then you could just recreate

Separately, you can have as many accounts as you like under your NCSoft master account.
ok jumped in my Master account, you can make more, I don't see the delete button, might be something that was removed or moved to the Support realm. I do see people on other sites through google talking about it in the master but can't seem to locate it myself.
I made him his own master account earlier, that should have tipped me off that multiple accounts on one email were ok. Should have tried it before posting. Being a little lazy today, I guess I was hoping there was a quick way to fix the other account, haha.
Added another free account to his master and stood over him at the server select screen. Thanks again all!

You have never been able to delete accounts.
For speed, creating a new account is best, especially if you have not put any money on it.
If something ever happens and the slots on a developed account end up on the wrong servers, going VIP for a month will reset your slots for Premium, from what I understand.
And I'd recommend at least spending five bucks on his account for points, boost him from Freem to Prem, which would also unlock Tells and SG for him.
