I found that invisibility really made my Plant/Kin a lot more fun to play, since I can use more strategy on how to use Seeds. I play mine solo sometimes, and I let Twoey do some tanking and herding by leading him into battle while invisible.

    But most of all, I liked the name. I did a pretty good job at making the costume fit, too.
    you basically outlined why ive never been fond of playing kin, its not the poeple asking for sb its the lack of protection it offers that ive found unappealing

    ive currently only tried to play it on corrs but i may try it on a troller at some point
  2. ive had this issue a few times, all it requires is a restart of the game and it usually cleares it up

    /this, it has been that way in pve for a long while now, but on melee types its very rare to experience it since they have mez protection
  4. im still in the maybe category, since the 18th is on a weekend it will depend on how busy work is that morning but if this is mostly in the afternoon then i could prolly make it

    my school schedule is light enough that i can do most all of my hw during the week
  5. IMO if you dont have any problems then i would go with the numi since that helps both end and hp

    the difference between the end help that the miracle and numi offers is minimal so it would be best to have the numi if you dont have room for both

    on the topic of the panacea proc, no the cost does not justify its use, the only exceptional places in which the panacea proc performs is in spirit tree and triage beacon

    i think this was partially the reason, the power without burnout is impossible to perma

    im not sure how this would affect hell on earth though
  7. i dont usually see them cause the guardians are primary targets for that group so i always kill them first before they have a chance to summon their emanator

    i do still see them now and then if i leave them out too long
  8. i dont think maria jenkins starts until lvl 40 the shadow shard also starts at lvl 40 but a majority of the baddies are in the 42-44 range
  9. i dont have a gripe about the power itself but more about the fact the option isnt A) global for all of your toons or B) much more easily accessible

    i like the power in terms of how it works mechanically, but graphically the power is awful to look at
  11. would have to see more details on the powersets, from your descriptions it sounds almost exactly like PB and WS and wouldnt really be bringing anything really new

    as mentioned in the thread, if you have the help me title your name will be purple

    i believe blue names are GMs, i recall seeing GMs with blue names

    i dont think ive seen any red names, usually dev characters are always with white names just like everyone elses, the only time a player can have a orange-red name is when they are an enemy in a pvp zone or arena event
  14. for 2 floors, most i have seen max out the actual room height then build the false ceiling at about the midway point so theres plenty of room to stand even more max size characters
  15. that mish is also quite buggy on higher difficulty settings still lol

    on high spawn sizes the mish can sometimes just randomly complete itself, pretty sure i sent in half a dozen bug reports about it by now

  17. like others have said it does not take any set IOs, it will only take generics, i usually dont put more than 3-4 slots either 1 acc 3 rech or 1 acc 2 rech

    While I'm loving the ramped up adding of content to the game I feel the Super Group side of the game has been a little neglected of late. A couple things I thought of are:

    1. Super Group Buff
    Some kind of ambient buff, not a huge one but inline with those gained from powers such as Mystic Fortune. A buff that applies, or maybe multiplies, for each member of a given SG on a team.

    2. New Base Items
    There's a lot of base items, but I think it would be nice if we got a few new skins and items, maybe drawn from Praetoria etc to improve our bases with.

    3. Added Telepad Support
    There's been a fair few zones added to the world that currently can't be connected to the bases' teleport systems - think it'd be nice if SG's could earn the right to teleport to pretty much any zone from the base.
    for 1, it was originally implemented using original items of power but they were linked with the CoP and the original CoP was broken so it got revamped as well as the items of power, but i do like the idea and would love to see something akin to it

    for 2, technically in issue 22 we are getting a new base item, craftable telepads which can have up to 6 beacons attached to them instead of the usual 2 (not sure if this point would intertwine with your 3rd point)

    the most interesting thing to me would be #1, i would really love to be able to put a sg wide buff item into my base even if it would be only temporary
  19. i personally like the fortunata as well, they are like a dominator without domination

    night widows are decent too if you like playing stalkers since they are essentially stalkers without AS

    both paths are very easy to soft cap defense especially if you perma mind link
  20. the biggest strength the romans have is the -defense, having capped resist wont save you much if your at -50% defense

    my stone brute who is at about 70% smash/lethal resist while in granite can die from romans pretty easy once they start stacking too much -def

    the -def along with their chances to crit is what you need to watch out for, other than that you shouldnt be doing too bad but those things are what can take out even fully IOd toons
  21. i dont have any screenshots of statesman death poses, but i doubt mine would be any good anyway since i would be posting the villainous side of seeing statesman go lol

    everytime i play that arc i keep asking why couldnt i be the one to kill statesman, and that makes me at darrin wade for stealing my thunder lol

    you can still do this too and valid level ranges for any TO, DO, SO, HO are all ~-2 billion to ~2 billion
  23. on a controller yeah i would say filler power

    on a melee toon it has more potential since as you pointed out it does get you into melee fast and knocks the foes down

    the only downsides to the power is that it is fairly weak compared to non pool powers and it is on a longish rech
  24. was there still an AE license? i thought it got pulled at some point and we only had the IO license and the market license

    i think you get full access to AE at tier 4 on rewards as well as a lifetime market license
  25. the only HO that i know that poeple use to enhance the wrong attribute is enzymes for def buffs when its supposed to only be defense debuffs

    for me this is honestly not that big of a deal, i planned on using them for a few builds but i had almost none on hand anyway so not a huge loss
