Miracle or Numina?
Both these procs work to solve problems you say you do not have. When things really start to go South (Incarnate Trials, long combats, taking down AVs) which do you think you will need more? What Archtype/powers/sets are you running?
Is Panacea markedly better than these? Based on the cost, you'd think so, but it is just the rarity that makes it so much more expensive, or is it equally more effective?

Not a high end build. Just a generalist. Solos a lot for content/story/badge and what not, but does team on occasion as well.
L 50 Stalker Spines/SR/Soul originally built before inherent fitness and when you had to do Ghost Widow's arc to get access to Soul Mastery and only Soul Mastery.
Being Super Reflexes, I pretty much soft cap all positions out of the box. Health is rarely an issue, unless it is an issue that an extra few HP/s is not going to help.
On really, really, really long fights he can start sucking wind. But I can usually fix that with Elude(If we are almost done) or Placate/Bug out/Rest. I can usually rest faster than most enemies regenerate.
So, not really trying to fix any hole in particular, just looking for some general opinions.
ETA:Not a cost issue either, I already have both in my pocket. It's just a matter of which do I slot.

This is what I love about this game -- there really aren't many "wrong" ways to build a toon, as long as it works for the player!
You've obviously got it working with one-slotted health; I don't think I've got any high level toons that don't have health and stamina each three- or four-slotted (at the minimum) with a Numina's proc, a Miracle proc AND at least one Perf Shifter proc.
Health is rarely an issue, unless it is an issue that an extra few HP/s is not going to help.

If I'm remembering right, the Panacea gives similar bonuses as a Numina's -- but with a "chance of Endurance" rather than a guaranteed bonus. As others have mentioned, the huge prices for those is the fact that they're PVP IO's and the supply is far less than the demand.

30 level 50's: 12 scrappers, 7 other random melee types, 11 blaster/blapper/support squishies, two accounts, and a TON of altitis since 4/28/04
For slotting health I typically go, in order of importance:
Miracle +recov
Numina +regen/recov
Numina healing
Numina healing/rech (for hp bonus)
Regen Tissue +regen
Typically I just 2 slot it with miracle and numina uniques, but sometimes(rarely) I will have extra slots and for certain defense based toons (like nightwidows and fortunatas or SR) the +hp and +regen can be very nice to have.
If you have no endurance issues without using a miracle or numina unique I would consider looking at ways you could improve your build in other areas, like adding more recharge, and then using the miracle and numina uniques to make up for the extra endurance you would be using. Doing so properly will absolutely be an increase in dps.

The Mentor Project
IMO if you dont have any problems then i would go with the numi since that helps both end and hp
the difference between the end help that the miracle and numi offers is minimal so it would be best to have the numi if you dont have room for both
on the topic of the panacea proc, no the cost does not justify its use, the only exceptional places in which the panacea proc performs is in spirit tree and triage beacon
If you are not having any special problems, I would go with Numina +regen/recovery, since it gives you a bit more of both worlds
I slotted the Panacea + just because I had a bunch of merits to spend before I went exploring redside and a spare slot with nothing better to do with it. Seems to go off on a regular enough basis but doubt I will ever get another one honestly.
Enjoy your day please.

I'm going to be a contrarian and make the case for the Miracle. You don't have problems with endurance . . . except for long fights. So most people are saying go for the Numina's, because you'll get +regeneration *and* +recovery. But unless you have some other sources of +regeneration, that +20% from the Numina's isn't going to go very far. Might as well just take the slightly higher +recovery bonus as it addresses the minor endurance issue.
General question here.
I have both the Miracle and Numina's uniques available to me.
I am generally happy with my build, neither health nor endurance management issues per se.
I have one slot in Health, not going to put another in it.
Asking for your opinion folks, which is better? Numina or Miracle?
