  1. I believe someone said they are customizable at the Tailor. So if you want, say, something that looks psi-ish, grab void and go color it purple or pink or whatever.
  2. An IO'd warshade is extremely potent on these trials. The fact that resistance from eclipse caps them to all damage types is very helpful, and they can lay a serious smack down from mired-squid, with extracted essences flying alongside. They can also maintain an aoe mag 4 stun (gravitic emanation + inky aspect), if you want to use them for controlling ambushes. If you add in good defense/hp they can be ridiculously hard to kill.

Pb's can't combine resistance and damage as easily, nor can they maintain boss level mezzes. They don't add much more than another person wailing on an AV, but they still seem to be more frequently brought to the trials in my experience.

At first, I had some trouble getting invites to the trials on my ws; I think people did not know that cysts/quants/voids don't spawn in the trials. Now though, it's not a problem, and I see a few other khelds occasionally too.

    GA +3% for sale

Have a gladiator's armor recipe +3% defense unique for sale for 3 bil. Send me an ingame message @Ictheon.
  4. I run range defense softcap and 85% resistance to all on my warshade, and I can still get in over my head. The acu's are monstrous if you let them survive long enough. Level shifts from lore and destiny will help you quite a bit, but team coordination will save you most.

You mean Interface. Judgments are the nukes.
  7. Lore is up for 5 minutes I think with a 15 minute recharge, again won't be affected by any recharge buffs including alpha.

Destiny has a recharge of 120s, and some of the upper tier ones last 120s, but others don't last as long.

  9. Perhaps I missed something, in which case you guys can inform me, but last I knew Secondary Mutation, amongst other things, did not work in forms. Last night while I was doing some BAF and Lambda, I noticed a couple of things. I remembered people saying that the incarnate stuff was not going to work in forms, but I was able to launch my Ion Judgment just fine in nova. So I clicked on Secondary mutation in nova, and voila, it worked. Stealth fix? It's not in the patch notes. Ninja run, as well, seems to stay toggled on when you go into forms, which does nothing to nova but makes dwarf... interesting.

Hoping this is not a bug, because it should have been like this all along.

    Bad ws powers?

Dark Detonation is fine for a human former as a little aoe damage, but otherwise it does not carry its weight in damage and just scatters everything.

Essence Drain is really pathetic though. It does worse damage than its equivalent Dwarf power, and does significantly worse healing. Yes, if it hits it will heal you some and do a smidge of damage. It really needs to be fixed along the lines of Siphon Life, which it was originally based on.
  11. Every 90 seconds that is, so not during every rage crash, unless that's the timer on yours.
  12. For Destiny, I will be grabbing Rebirth, either core or radial, whichever proves better for my build. Why? My Ultrashade (may I coin a new term?) is basically a flying granite tank that rains down hell from above. He sits at the range softcap with perma-eclipse and enough recharge to keep three pets active. I can still take a tiny bit too much damage over time if I am doing something absolutely insane, but with more hp or regen I don't think that will be a problem anymore. This will also help my pets with survival.

I might also craft an Ageless radial epiphany eventually for the resistance to effects, as one of the few things that can still topple an ultrashade is endurance sapping/-recovery (though, for the build at the range defense cap, those sapping powers never really hit).

I will continue to use my macros/binds to make break frees instead of going Clarion, as I don't need inspirations for anything else and mezzes rarely hit me anyway.

    ___

For Judgement, I am going Ion Core for the ridiculous target cap, and because I like lightning (Already slotted the first Ion and it's awesome).

    ___

Interface will be Reactive Radial Flawless. All the effects of interface will only stack so many times on the same target (from however many sources), so I think once many people get these slotted up, an AV will be at that stacking cap to just about all of the effects. The Reactive Radial, however, offers a chance for bonus fire damage, which is something that I think won't have problems with "stacking," and therefore won't be wasted. Plus it's extra damage.

    ___

Lore, I don't have enough information on the pets' abilities yet, but I am probably going to go with the seers for extra ranged damage (they can join my flotilla in the sky).

    Bad ws powers?

Essence Drain is bad in every way. I would also call Dark Detonation bad, unless you are running human only, in which case it isn't.

Nothing else is truly bad. Nebulous form is not necessary, since its activation time makes it so-so for an escape power and you can buy temp phase shifts off the market; it isn't bad, though, because it works as an extra travel power if you don't want to use tp, and it still works for phasing if you activate it before you need it.

How often do the various procs fire, just every 10s or faster depending on the proc (e.g. hold procs in Volcanic Gasses will fire every 6s since it summons another pseudopet every 6 sec vs damage procs that just fires every 10s)? Thanks.
I believe the fear component was removed a few issues ago... not sure. It does damage and stun, as well as actual KU. Achilles checks every 10 seconds, but other than that I couldn't tell you.
  15. You can take a slot from hasten, dwarf, and unchain essence, put them in dwarf taunt and slot with perfect zinger for some more recharge. At this rate, though, you are hurting the build by adding more recharge vs something else; in fact, I think you may have passed that point already. You would be better off grabbing some +hp or defense or something, unless you just want this much recharge for the sake of having this much recharge.

You can also switch to Spiritual Core Paragon, but I bet you already knew that...

Same, plus you can grab hibernate for another "oh $#@%" power.
  17. The IO is 2.5 bil off market. Not so easy to get it on the market.

If I add in all the +end accolades, you do have barely enough endurance for your chain (factoring in the +end proc).

The 'free' AS thing is in my guide. It's basically a way to pull off a full Assassination in the middle of a fight without using placate, and has to do with the fact that summoned pets (lightning rod, caltrops, waterspout) don't take you out of hide. If you pull off a Waterspout/or Caltrops>Buildup>Lightning Rod>AS without being hit, by the time your AS lands you will be back in 'hidden' status and get a full Assassination. Works best when softcapped, obviously.

Charged Brawl has better DPA than Havoc Punch. If you can get some more recharge in your build so that Chain induction recharges a bit faster, the chain with Charged Brawl will be better. As it is, Havoc punch works. (Make sure that when you calculate these things, you use the

You don't have to get rid of Elude, it's just if you have another power you want to take, you could toss elude out for it.
  18. OK, the build needs some more recharge to run the single target chain of CI>CB>JL>CB. You could throw in another LotG +recharge for starters.

If you don't want super speed, you can slot the Zephyr -KB in kuji-in retsu.

I always like to get a kismet +tohit unique in hide.

I'm not sure what else to tell you since I primarily work with purple builds, but as long as you have the softcap it's workable.

Edit: the new content with higher base tohit is 64%
  19. At that level of defense I would say you don't need elude at all. Any normal content debuffs that hit you will be eaten up by your extra defense, and you're practically softcapped for the new incarnate content as well.

Hasten is down for more than 11 seconds, by the way. The 131 you're seeing is the recharge it would be if it had hasten's 70% buff active all the time.

Your hp and regen are a touch low if you are going to go with Daemodand's advice and skip aid self. Your recovery is also not sustainable.

You should switch Havoc Punch for Charged brawl; try to find a little more recharge so that you can run the normal single target chain of CI>CB>JL>CB.

Without Caltrops, you can pull off the 'free' AS only when Waterspout is recharged, which lowers your single target dps a little.

Edit: I thought you were trying to avoid expensive purples, but the Gladiator unique you have in tough is the most expensive IO in the game (roughly 2.5 bil off market)
  20. I will get around to commenting on your build at some point. With defenses in the ~50% defense range and the inherent debuff resistance of nin's toggles, there aren't many things that should be causing you serious problems. Remember, you can also pepper a group with blinding powder before hand if you think they will be debuffing you, because blinding powder has some -tohit in it along with the sleep and confuse. You also have kuji-in retsu, which, besides giving you a ton of extra defense, also has more ddr in it.

You only need survivability against +3s or better, and they certainly last long enough to get use out of the -end.
Actually, tiny nitpick, but if you have Powersink 5-6 slotted for endmod (yes, I know, over ED cap) with the Musculature Radial Paragon Alpha and Lightning Field, you can sap 100% of enemies' endurance with a single shot. For many builds that may not be worth it, but for others, that's a heck of a lot of control

    Optimal DPS

Optimal chain for Elm is Chain Induction>Charged Brawl>Jacob's Ladder>Charged Brawl. Fit in Waterspout(or Caltrops)>Build Up>Lightning Rod>AS when all are available for a full Assassination added in without needing placate.

I'm not sure Martial Arts is the highest dps or not...
  23. Can you post the data chunk? I can't seem to open the build.
