Incarnate system benefits which brute best?

Now that I20 is here, I was curious which brute can take the most advantage from the new incarnate slots, in your opinion.

I've heard some say that /ea will rock since it can get more defense debuff resistance (probably not perma though?)

Ive considered rolling up a new brute/scrapper, so of course any advice/info found in this thread may feed my altitis

I'd think the Super Strength primary is the one most appreciative of the new incarnate abilities, simply because the Judgement slot gives you something new to fire off during your rage damage crash. (Where you won't mind the long activation time of something like Ion, and that thing supposedly hits up to *40* enemies... delicious.)

Every 90 seconds that is, so not during every rage crash, unless that's the timer on yours.

With the spiritual core paragon you can fire em off about every 45-50 seconds.

I'm pretty sure the recharge from the Alpha slot is ignored by the Judgment slot. So the recharge would still be 90 seconds.

WOW its on 90 sec recharge! I thought it would be atleast 5min or somthing like that.

What is the timer on the other click powers? Lore, and destiny?

Lore is up for 5 minutes I think with a 15 minute recharge, again won't be affected by any recharge buffs including alpha.

Destiny has a recharge of 120s, and some of the upper tier ones last 120s, but others don't last as long.
