From the description, that would be my first guess. Are you running a utility to let you monitor the GPU temp? If not, get one. The one from the manufacturer should be good enough (that's what I use).

While you're at it, might want to get one to check the CPU temperatures (I use Real Temp for this). If one component is too hot, maybe everything in the case is getting too hot.

Either is fine. If you listed a debuffer and a brute, I'd ask for the debuffer.

Assuming that their "role" is a rigid definition set up by whom? The devs? You?

If someone creates a tank for soloing, do they need taunt?
If someone normally teams with another tank and is designed to be the secondary tank, do they need taunt?
Maybe they're a little more into flexibility than you and a little less into rigid definitions of each AT's "role".

If you and the other players really had the brains to help him you would have told him to get Build Up,
Wait, you're saying Taunt is not required (which I agree with) but we should have "told" him to get Build Up? Are you suggesting that Build Up is a 'required power'? So.. um.. what was that comment about brains?

No one took it as an attack (that I can tell).
We just wouldn't want someone to read what you posted and incorrectly assume that the wikia site is comparable. It's genuinely bad news. The site was confirmed to have malware on at least one occasion and accepts ads from gold farmers. And, of course, since it's not supported/updated by this community, it will steadily become more and more out of date.

The site at Paragonwiki.com is run by someone who plays the game and who created/maintains the site as a service to the community.
  7. Gee, looks like we might be a bit light in the DPS department.

This is clearly false. The option to close a league was programmed in by the devs so it is - BY DEFINITION - part of the 'intent'.

    Steampunk Pack

Yep. It's two different 'flavors' of steampunk. The Classic is a bit more grungy and what a mechanic might wear. The Victorian seems more 'upper class'.

My impression is that he was asking the minimum level to do all the arcs.

Well, really it's not Midnighter specific. If we think about it as not simply a BADGE, but rather an UNLOCK, then there is precedent. When you do the arc to unlock Katie Hannon or Ernesto Hess, only the mission holder gets the contact unlocked - UNLESS you use Ouroboros, in which case the whole team gets it.

Now, I've never actually checked but, since everyone is automatically assigned Monty as a contact, and you can't outlevel him, I'm guessing his arc does not appear in Ouroboros. Is this the case?

Up to, and including, the 15th. After that, they don't give a bonus. And if you drop below 15 you lose the bonus for each one below 15.

From the review already linked: "Keep your PC's resolution settings modest, and the $99 AMD Radeon HD 6670 can be a good way to play 3D games without breaking the bank."
So, according to PC Magazine, no, it should not be able to play on higher settings. Also, CoH is more demanding on the graphics card than many other games because it uses OpenGL. You can probably go for higher settings in some games, just not ones based on OpenGL.

Really kind of a stupid question. Firstly, they know what it looks like, how it works and how much it costs, so there's nothing "blind" about the decision. As for the 'why', DUR! They want it. Seriously, why do people buy ANYTHING? Okay, so they have good reason to buy food, clothing, shelter. But why buy this shirt instead of that one? Why buy music? Why buy flowers? Why buy art? Or, most applicable, why buy GAMES? Because they expect to derive enjoyment from whatever they are purchasing.

And people WOULD, simply because 1) they could, and 2) it would be easy.

Please note, I'm not saying people would manipulate prices to make themselves rich. I don't think those changes would make that any easier than it is now. But it would make it far easier to simply 'mess' with the market to make other people suffer. And SOME people think that way.
