Next up: the Katie Hannon TF. This one is next since it's 30-34 and Manticore is 30-35.

Note: Similar to Ernesto Hess, this TF requires that the leader have the contact unlocked. Katie is unlocked as a contact by doing Buck Salinger's arc. I have the contact unlocked on my character but, if we end up with two teams like we usually do, we'll need a second person with the contact unlocked.
