  1. People that get upset over something that happened in a game.
  2. -Blasters that nuke and don't run from remaining mobs, to get their blue bar filled :P

    -perma-hasten

    -beer and red-heads

    -a lag-free day of gaming
  3. You could find a pain crystal also..in like a CoT mission. The incoming damage is alot less, altho i think its possible to rest next to one (outside the pain aura) and have another person "bump" you into the pain crystals radius..in order to increase the incoming damage.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the gladiator heal farm. I'm not really sure how to set it up. It involves the 300 PvP rep gladiator, forgot the name..

I case this wasn't corrected earlier..you meant "arctic fog"

    Grav / ????

It'd be cool if they'd increase the mag of all Grav powers (screw that standardization stuff).

Of all the controller primary's you'd think Grav would be stronger, I mean you can create a Singularity for christ's sake.

or maybe give Grav some extra little something like "anything damaged by a grav can't rez" cause it has its face smashed in...idk, I'm ranting now. I like the mag idea tho.

Course there's plenty of other thing's that are more important to fix
  6. I think Snow Storm is the second crappiest power there is, next to Whirlwind...just sayin'

I'd rather have Aim, Swift, Vengeance, or Conserve Power for all those toggles yer running

or if it's the AoE slow you're wanting..even Frost Breath will slow mobs a little without the gay animation and huge end drain.

    Level 4: Frost Breath -- HO:Nucle(A), HO:Centri(9), HO:Centri(9), Posi-Dam%(43), ImpSwft-Dam%(43)

    meh, my 2 cents
  7. Hindenburg

    To Offend

The emp/ice was probably using his fancy Ice Sword and Sands of Mu, or maybe just rockin' the Aura.

I think you're in melee often cause of your experience and knowledge of your limits. PvE is pretty easy and its no fun if "there's never a threat from dying".

or maybe you're just a adrenaline junkie looking for a fix.
  8. your DataLink is broken Silent.

    I'd definitly slot Twilight with 3 Nictus + x

for Darkest Night you might try 2-4 Dark Watchers + x

for Fearsome Stare I like 5 Glimpse of Abyss + x

for your Elec powers you could 3 slot Devastation's and/or 3 slot Perform Shifters for more hp..

for Dark Servant you might try 3 Nictus and a few Lysosome's or one Lyso and 2 Dark Watchers? Lots of option's with Servant..

I would try to max recharge on Howling Twilight and maybe sprinkle some end reduction. Use this as a opener, use it often.

Dark Miasma is very over powered (dont tell the dev's). It's a pretty safe build to play, its not necessary to worry about defense too much. Unless you wanna tank GM's or something..

there's only one thing a Dark/Elec can't do.. Defense Debuff.

Dark/Elec has auto hit AoE stun, -Regen, -ToHit, Holds, End Drain, Slow's, -Dam Resist, -Dam, Fear, only Defender primary pet..what else am I missing..
  9. Grav/Kin is gonna be a slow lvl'er solo. Even when you get Fulcrum Shift it wont have a ton of damage. Great for teams.
  10. Hindenburg

    Mind/Emp

I would skip Res. omg! a emp without res!!1. Everyone has different preference's, but its really not that hard to give them a Awaken and a Clearmind. Also with Recall Friend its even more safe to use wakie. You shouldn't even have deaths with a emp on the team :P.

there's also a day job Res..

    http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Day_Job_Badges

you gotta get Caregiver (hospital) and Professor (university)
  11. Lets see how expensive we can get the slotting!

    Level 38:[/color] Hot Feet[/b] -- Armgdn-Dmg(A), Armgdn-Dmg/EndRdx(39), Armgdn-Dam%(39), TmpRdns-Acc/EndRdx(39), FotG-ResDeb%(40), M'Strk-Acc/Dmg/EndRdx(40)
  12. i just hate that you cant "go back" when it try's to log on. I go to switch toons, enter pass, hit return..then i have to wait forever for it to finally tell me server's are down.

usually after about 3-5 try's it finally goes thru... Sometimes this might happen once a month, but seems to be happening alot this past few days *sad face*
  13. Tried to convert your SO build to a cheap IO build. How much you want to spend? I went for Max HP and recharge.

You'll want one KB protection IO somewhere..

The Performance Shifters can get expensive and the salvage to craft them also.

If your on a budget I'd just try and buy mid lvl crafted ones around lvl 35, should be cheap (percentages really wont be affected in this build). I purposely put lvl 35 Perform Shifters and Positrons to show the percentages. If your rich buy 50's :P

Basilisk's Gaze's are expensive, I would just try to find 4 any lvl then round out the numbers with the 5th slot..

if your patient you can get Nuc's for 8mil, Endo's for 1mil, Lyso's for 300k.

anyways, hope you find something useful

    ^aka "pure empath"

my vote is emp/sonic or emp/dark.

sonic to help with bosses.. dark for set mule's and immob's.
  15. I would rather have stack maneuvers over tactics..especially if you find you have to keep re-toggling Choking Cloud on the followers..
  16. Hindenburg

    Dark/sonic def.

-I it was me, I'd remove 3 slots from Tar Patch..

-You'll want to increase Fluffy's Accuracy (Lyso's, TouchOfTheNictus, GravAnchors), no need to put a recharge IO.

    -Dark Miasma rules!
  17. My understanding is PBU and PB DO NOT boost damage resistance value's.

so PBU would not affect sonic sheilds and ice sheilds (ice sheilds have a res portion).

I just noticed your a "FF"/sonic blast, so just ignore this post >.>
  18. I would skip Fearsome Stare for now. Assuming you're spamming TT along with DN and/or Nightfall..you should have enough damage mitigation..

just 6 slot TT when you can, and use it often, maybe slap some damage proc's in too..

  22. Mids Hero Designer will make this alot easier on ya .

4yrs huh? I'm assuming you'll want a medium priced build?

How much influence you got? and any preferences? Fly or SS+SJ?

    1. Just try to reach 1600 HP (using set bonuses)
    2. You'll want a KB protection IO somewhere in your build (eventho you have Acro)
    3. You'll want a Stealth IO somewhere in your build (I prefer it in Combat Jumping)

I don't care for the holds, up to you..

I'd probably start here. (missing power picks and enhancements based on your preferences and budget)

  23. a lot of good points. OP didn't specify "solo or teamed".

I'm sure there's many options/combination's that are equal for the title "Most Survivable Blaster".

setting up 15 trip mines and sniping the boss and running like hell is pretty survivable if you want to spend a hour on one mission

Actually, you could probably pick almost any combo and make it work..How you play and use inspirations is the main thing.

meh, I'll choose Sonic/EM. Siren's Call ==> Kill Boss ==> clean up minions

    Boost Range and Total Focus.

if you can kill people before they can get away, then keep playing what your playing. :P
