This is my build for Dark/Elec.
I was thinking more of a tanker type role, which is why it has 41.7% Smash/Lethal/Energy/Neg defense.

After taking a closer look at your actual build, it looks to be rather... random to me.
Hit points are nice, but won't do you too much good over other things when you are only at 4% defense and only doing two 16% to-hit debuff yourself. Alphas will obliterate you methinks. If you take a look over a mine for ideas, but there's several things that make little sense to me unless you've got some ultimate plan that I'm just not seeing.
Don't get me wrong, frakenslotting can be good (or even great) for some powers, but you seem to be all over the map to me. If you place Numina and Miracle uniques into health plus Performance Shifter +end into stamina, you should be golden endurance wise, unless you completely forget to take endurance redux in everything else, so I'd focus elsewhere.

When I uploaded your character Silent the figure for darkest night tohit debuff was wrong. I don't know if its your settings or mine. Mine is fine as long as I don't upload your build anyway. I would suggest perhaps looking at it. Perhaps redownloading.
Stormy Darkness build looks like it does overkill on debuffing tohit and personal self defense. If you have 40% defense you'd only need to debuff 5% unless its an AV your dealing with and I'd normally see someone else have that aggro as a Defender. OFC there is PvP and what goes on is anyones guess as them zones are usually looking empty.

I'd definitly slot Twilight with 3 Nictus + x
for Darkest Night you might try 2-4 Dark Watchers + x
for Fearsome Stare I like 5 Glimpse of Abyss + x
for your Elec powers you could 3 slot Devastation's and/or 3 slot Perform Shifters for more hp..
for Dark Servant you might try 3 Nictus and a few Lysosome's or one Lyso and 2 Dark Watchers? Lots of option's with Servant..
I would try to max recharge on Howling Twilight and maybe sprinkle some end reduction. Use this as a opener, use it often.
Dark Miasma is very over powered (dont tell the dev's). It's a pretty safe build to play, its not necessary to worry about defense too much. Unless you wanna tank GM's or something..
there's only one thing a Dark/Elec can't do.. Defense Debuff.
Dark/Elec has auto hit AoE stun, -Regen, -ToHit, Holds, End Drain, Slow's, -Dam Resist, -Dam, Fear, only Defender primary pet..what else am I missing..
perma jump is ---> /up 1

This is my current build idea for my toon "Synaptic Blue". Just want him to reach his full potential. My main focus was endrdx/dmg/rech. Any suggestions?
