Well, as for how you might be able to farm this... I don't do farms for things like this, just the occasional badge, so I couldn't help you there.
However, having easily gotten this on my necro/dark MM, my best suggestion is to run with big teams. Like, REALLY big. Like, go to RWZ and team with several MMs and/or get on every ship raid you can.
Why MMs? Because the healing you do on their pets counts. Granted, you may be competing with one or more of the MMs for this, but at least there are more targets available.
Speaking of pets, spam the snot out of Dark Servant. His... err, its heals count, too.

I got the badge for my SG partially with my D3 on old Hamidon raids. Rez 20 people and you get heal credit for their full HP's.

what I would do is wait till GR goes live then roll a MM or bring one over to blue side. Then set up in a CoT mish and have your pets sit on a red crystal, and just heal. Will take some time but you can at least get the dishes done while you wait, I did this on red side and had the points needed in no time for it.
If your gonna play follow the leader just make sure the leader is taking you where you want to go.

I initially made a Fire/Emp figuring I could just heal my imps all the way to the badge. Well as it turns out that is what happened but along the way I fell in love with Miss Kin Ception.
She is now my main and does all my handy badging work.

Once upon a time, I got the personal healing badges with arena farming, getting the SG ones in the process. I got the necessary gladiators on a second toon that I didn't care about, so I could have him join other peoples SG's to help with the SG healing badges. And I created another heal farmer just on general principles.
Then we had free server transfers for a month. Ooo! I can send my guy on a tour to help SG's on other servers..... Wait! Even better, I can PL a new toon to send..... Even better, I can PL a toon to farm heals FOR EVERY SERVER. (I have two accounts, so I can PL myself. Yes, that sounds dirty.
)Then they extended the free transfers for another month, so I had my fire/kin get Dark Watcher's arc and used the outdoor Nemesis map to PL a villain heal farmer for every server.
So, if you haven't already gotten started and/or finished with the healing badges, PM me and we can set up a time to get one of my guys into your SG.

I know that some people don't like my emp/dark "spaming" her healing but you know it helps with the healing badges and when people are tolerant of it they stay alive longer! I don't go on teams with her of people who are not tolerant of it, because they are also the people who yell at me about why they died.
I like the info for the MM as well. My Redside base is in such desperate need of the autodoc badge it is not funny (we live with out but it would be a cool addition) Now to take my MM dust her off and play her a bit more.

Here is the absolute fastest way to get AutoDoc:
- You want to find a lvl 50, preferably in your sg, with the Tyrannt mission to save Statesman.
- Preferably you want a full team of sg members with one empathy healer.
- In the last room, park the entire team, (except the healer) in one of the lava pools. The healer is standing on the ledge above them.
- Set the empathy healer to auto-spam their AoE heals and go to bed.
- Wake up in the morning and be impressed.
Note:
The lava in this mission will do alot of damage to each member, so you'll want to make sure that the AT's that show up can resist a certain amount of the damage. You want them to take damage but not more than can be reclaimed by healing. Otherwise you have a healer and 7 dead teammates in the morning.

In our sg the healer had invis and tp, made it super easy. She ran to the end and tp'd the team. No fighting and it's quick to set up, providing one of the lava pools is free of mobs, otherwise you just have one mob to destroy.
You could find a pain crystal also..in like a CoT mission. The incoming damage is alot less, altho i think its possible to rest next to one (outside the pain aura) and have another person "bump" you into the pain crystals radius..in order to increase the incoming damage.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned the gladiator heal farm. I'm not really sure how to set it up. It involves the 300 PvP rep gladiator, forgot the name..

The person who needs the healing credit should have 3 LBW2 and 4 of anything else (5 if you're a villain - some cheaper glads to choose from). Ideally, you want a group of friends working with you. Having a full team with gladiators can give you a few dozen targets for the healing. You need at least one person on the opposing team for the event to start.

I did alot of ship raids and alot of demon farming teams and after a long time finally got it. It didnt seem to take as long when i just didnt look at it for a very long time. Watched kettle and all.
I asked Ironblade "pretty please get my SG healing badge for my SG" and three (?) days later I had my Auto-Doc.
I therefore believe that Ironblade is the foremost forum expert on the topic.

I have a 50 dark/dark def to use for heals and am doing tf's etc with him. However, I just built my base so my previous 1780000 pts of heal don't count.
Any advice on how to expedite this is greatly appreciated.
