I ask everyone that comes to my mothership raids to bring level 35+ toons, but I obviously can not boot them from the zone nor the raid. So, I just make sure everyone that I invite to my mothership raid team is at least level 35, and hope others that lead teams do likewise.

I could make a list longer than my arm for this but I'll pare it down to just the following.
Egos.
Aware of the irony, but at least I'm aware of it and try to keep it under control. People with big egos lacking self awareness and all the behaviour that goes with it drive me nuts.

2) Bubblers with no bubbles for other people. That's cool if you solo - to each their own; but then don't ask me to join our team if you have little or nothing to add to it.

Yes, CL I agree, if I were a team leader(usually not there in time to lead and I'm just not comfortable as a leader of a large task like that yet) I would chexk my teammates at the door. But yea annoying... and yes a lvl 8 at ba braid is a little ridiculous gp!!!

People that give others guff for their archetype/powers before seeing how that player uses them
People that are inflexible, usually only playing one faction, one sort of character, and telling people how to play within their roles.
Rude people that insult, belittle, and/or berate fellow players with little to no instigation
Folks that won't wait for a team mate a little before starting missions or quit when a rough situation happens
People with no patience for new/confused players, even when the player is trying to contribute to the team
NPC mez that gives you no possibility of retaliation or escape if you lack a break free
So yeah I know this thread has potential for drama being people always have to take crap too seriously. Anyways I am going to take a long shot and try it anyways. Please keep names or specific events out of the thread.
My pet peeve is buffers who don't know how to combat buff and spam silly gather binds in team chat.
