I actually did this. I clicked the "Score" button after dying once and then clicked the button on that pop-up. In my defense, why is the "Exit the map" button on the score page?

Making a simple mistake and having a team/pug constantly correct you any and every time after the same scenario comes around.

Going AFK farming a badge, expecting to accumulate about 10 hours worth of progress while gone, then returning to find that 15 minutes after you left the servers went down for "daily" maintenance and you've made no progress at all

Rescuing an NPC who has 10 hit points and thinks attacking the nearest EB is a great idea. Mission Phalied!

Having my Xbox controller keybinds suddenly fail, leaving me paralysed!

Veteran Reward badges. The great equalizer, for old people.

On an unrelated note, it's remarkably easy to troll the GR Beta boards. In my defence I didn't submitted a traditional Epic Whine for I16 or 17, so one was due.

After one night of play, I'm not really ready to take them on as pets yet. Lets call them Foster peeves at this point.

People who follow me around killing things for me without asking me to actually team. Its like having some guy just run ahead of you pulling out all the chairs then not offering you a seat. Passive aggressive chivalry?

A 3 hour discussion in chat if pie can be considered a food group.

People who offer to help then use game lingo to the point I have no idea what they just said or didn't say or skip about 5 basic steps.

People who are to polite to tell you that your question is frighteningly stupid, but have no problem telling everyone else. It says to ARREST them! Is it so far out there in tosser land to want to know where my arrest button is?

About that daily mt thing. Uh ya um ya well is there a grace period on that?

Better get used to that one, it's a recurring discussion topic on CoH.. not just Champion

if you need explanation on CoH lingo, don't be afraid to ask

I did the same thing when I started... only no one answered me.

Sometimes called kill-stealing; it bothers a lot of us, especially when you have a patrol mission and have to defeat # of X villain group. Unfortunately a lot of other players have no sympathy about it or are more than willing to ruin things for you when you are trying to level your toon or finish your mission.

Good ol' kill stealing...was in the middle of a numina, had herded up a good amount of Warriors and had to wait for the guy to finish their hunt mission. Some jerk fire blaster pops a fireball and a rain of fire on the mobs I had herded.

Oh that would be nasty! No I was getting credit for the kills. They would wait until I attacked a foe and just help. When I say it out loud like that it sounds quite silly complaining about it. I may not adopt that one as a true pet!

I think I will trade that one in for people who can chat uninterrupted for an hour about percentages of powers and enhancements. I ask them, How ya doin? or How was your day and get "Meh".

Not a lot that annoys me at this point, but there HAVE been a ton...

Removal of base raids

Level 50 Peacebringers fleeing in terror from level 45 Devouring Earth Thorns, screaming "OMG what is that?!? Help!!" in broadcast....

Lowbies asking an FF/Rad defender for a PL...

Dirty Fire/Mace tankers herding up all the Nemesis on the docks and then annihilating them for gobs of xp between 41 and 45 while my poor fender gimps his way through the scraps for a "Defeat 10" mission ::Shakes fist at Ace::

Hordes of heroes whose declared purpose in their background is something akin to killing God and taking his wallet.

-While hunting around solo at low levels, having someone come up and start killing the mobs that you're having no trouble killing and thinking that they are "helping" you.

-Getting asked for a PL while playing a character named Joel's Emp .... honestly?

- People who intolerant of other peoples feelings.

- The Dutch

- Not being able to fix Stupid.

- Not being able to have enough unused buttons surrounding my left hand for all the hotkeys I want.

- New players who want to get to 50 as fast as possible without experiencing the content.

- Old players who PL new players who don't know how to play.

- People who ask time and time again what level such and such a Task Force is.

- Flight

- Horus

- Saying that your character is a Role Player yet not actually ever role playing and instead subjecting me to... ((This)) <---wtf Do they have binds that puts those before and after everything they type or do they have to actually type out the parentheses every time they speak out of character?

- Tails, Catgirls

- I'll take a break and pick this up later...

Safe to assume after reading some of the additions this thread that is more of a Forum Pet Peeve?

I feel sorry for some of the kids who come to your houses on Halloween.

"Trick or Treat!"

"Okay that costume makes no sense! No candy for you!"

Here's a BIG one.

- Herding up a nice mob to Shield Charge, and then when you click the ground in the middle of the mob to activate Shield Charge, a telephone wire gets in the way and you Shield Charge straight up into the air. ARG
