Have Hibernate or a phase power to pvp?

im making a sonic/cold corr after reading the forums here, but im thinking of taking power boost to add the debuffs so i dont get hibernate. which means do i need phase to be any good.
People seem to think u need either hib or phase or ur screwed?

Boring set- willpower (yes its a evry boring set and is only good with IO's)

Medium- high - stone, i say medium cos of the very slow movement with rotted n granite making u take teleport as a power.

So you miss once n a while boo hoo...everyone misses..even snipers in real life. get over it

Im moving 2 toons to hero side. one is themed one is cos heroes still have more merits then villains so ill be using heroes to gain merits.

my heroes all but 1 or 2 is moving to villains

...Listen ive read a couple of posts and heres my view:

what the player did was fine in my view..tht player was creative to make tht toon, its down to the game makers tbh. if they dont want people making things that look like other toons then dont put them in the game the way it looks. ive seen creative batmans supermans etc

I cant offer much that everyone hasnt already mentioned so i say welcome to the fourms, the game, to your new life hehe. and i hate to sound stuck up n all- but yer, we are the best MMO game community your'll ever find

boring..who cares..try villains last map at low lvl. heroes is as simple as pie...think its boring dont do it as much.

SO u miss a few times, unless ur team is terrible or u lack some sort of defence, insips u shouldnt be having problems
