it's not that your screwed, it's that you paint a huge target on yourself because people will quickly notice you have no panic button and will go after you for easier points...so yeah it's that your screwed

My main PvP toon is a Dark/Cold Corr. Yeah, you're going to need Phase Shift. People automagically hate you because you floor their recharge and dramatically drop their Def/Res, and like it was said above, they'll kill you for easy points if you lack a panic button. As a Sonic I'd say it's especially important; At least with Dark/* you get a self heal. Plus, it's fun to kill those emps that think they're so invincible because they can Absorb Pain and then Phase Shift away. ;]

You need hiber, since you don't have acess to any other healing powers :/ I got 5 /colds sooooo...I wouldn't go for phase shift on sonic/cold, because all you would have would be respites. Also, PB'ed debuffs won't do much since it all gets DRed pretty badly. Sharks hold does like 500-700 dmg with scourge rightly slotted ..<_<

No it means i was the first brute with tht set back on union in issue 6

In my opinion, the only cold cor that can afford Ghost Widow is Drk/Cold because of the self heal in darkblast. You will need hiber because it will fill up your green without waiting for regen or finding a place to rest. Plus shracks after all that -resist will be fun.

Have Hibernate or a phase power to pvp?
im making a sonic/cold corr after reading the forums here, but im thinking of taking power boost to add the debuffs so i dont get hibernate. which means do i need phase to be any good.
People seem to think u need either hib or phase or ur screwed?
any advice
