Not bad, but I question the slotting on a few powers. Entropic Chaos proc for example, shouldn't really be needed nor viable with Siphon Life and Energize. Dark Obliteration should get that 5th slot, if only to both better enhance and gain the +rech bonus.
For comparison, here's what I'm planning on speccing my DM/EA into, he'll be going Agility for the +Rech/+Def.

Huntsman is the AoE/Control of Crabs, with the ST debuffs of Banes, and more style than either.

You can keep the Crushing Impacts if desired. Here's a build that'll hit Soft-cap with only the 2.5 vs all from Gaussian's and the 3% Steadfast. You can drop Maneuvers if you go Agility Core route (T2 and higher has +Defense), or if you slot the Glad Armor 3% Def into Tough it'd work as well.
I dislike going for Positional Set Bonuses, since they tend to lurk at the 5 and 6 slot levels, so tend to shore the defenses via power picks.

Way overslotted on Acc/Dam... if you are going to Frankenslot I'd recommend shooting for Tri-Aspect IO's like Acc/Dam/End, Acc/Dam/Rech, or Dam/End/Rech.
Alternately, you could slot whole sets to garner better bonuses. (Partial to Crushing Impact)
Slot your defenses more. With SO's/lvl 25+ Basic IO's you want 3 Defense or Resistance in each.
Way overslotted for enhance and slots on SS.
Finally, just need one EndRed in Phase shift, it recharges by default in 2 minutes, which is how long the "No Phase" Exclusion lasts (can't toggle it on again). -
Take Defensive Toggles and BU/AS/Placate as soon as possible, along with Mez Protection.
Toggles get 3 Defense, 1 EndRed when you've got the slots.
Attacks get 1 Acc, 3 Damage.
Take what attacks you want in order to pull off the varied combos.
3 Recharge in Build Up, 2 Recharge in your mez protection, and at least 1 Recharge in Placate.
Choose what else you want, there's a lot of toys to play with in /Nin.
Make sure to grab KB protection as well, either through Acrobatics (leaping pool) or -KB IO's.
Grab the Heal, and slot 3 Rech/3 Heal eventually.
Go out, and stab things. Profit. -
Stalker Willpower isn't gimped... and the only power they lost was Quick Recovery, just like Regen. I think it changes for the better (on Stalkers) to have Reconstruction vice Rise to the Challenge.

Depends on the Primary and Secondary. My Dark/Cold, Arch/TA, Elec/Pain, Ice/Time, Beam/Sonic, Fire/Therm, and DP/Kin have all taken Tier 1 and 2. My Rad/Traps took only the Tier 1.
Owing to the nature of Corruptors, I usually take the T1 over the stronger T2 since it is a nice filler, and I've got far too many other things to do. ^_^ -
I haven't yet. They just get exiled to Freedom. Spent too long playing with them, they're a part of me as much as I'm a part of all my characters.
Highest I've managed to kill was a 37 AR/Kin, and a 37 Stone/Axe. Tanker was re-rolled with a Shield, is now 50, and a blast. But, yeah, I respec/strip all my toons prior to deletion. -

The Lady Grey proc in Mortar is supposed to be an Achilles.
-Two Travel powers? If it floats your boat, run with it, but it does feel overkill. Best would pro'ly be SS alone, since that +Stealth IO in Sprint is full invis. I generally design for none, though, since I've found Sprint+Ninja Run and the 257 temp teleport powers I'm pretty fast.
-Triage Beacon - I've heard it's situation, don't have a Traps high enough to pass judgement on it though. however, soloing, you should be getting by fine on Siphon Life.
-KB IO's. About 95% of KB is blocked by one, the remaining 4% is Mag 10, so you'll need 3. No point to only having 2. I'd either find room for a 3rd, or drop to only 1. I hear Winter's Gift Slow Resist is damn tasty. (that final 1% is > Mag 12, so best generally to just suck up the kip up if it lands through your defenses)
-Dark Blast: Swap Decimation A/E/R for the Proc, not much of loss, and tasty gain.
-Tenebrous Tentacles: Swap D/Rech for the Proc
-Acid Mortar: Swap Shield Breaker's Debuff/E/R for Achilles' Debuff/R. You lose the 2.5% mez resistance (not protection, so about as helpful as pissing on wildfires), and gain 2.5% Damage buff.
-LotG+Rech, I like those as low as possible (generally 25) to keep the 7.5% when exemping, but then I refuse to buy them from the market. Preference there.
-Lockdown Proc, same story. Lower level means greater use, but also more expensive (usually) from the market.
-Tough: I'd not buy into Fighting if it's just a Set Mule for only the Steadfast. Look into dropping Fighting and grabbing Leadership.
-Life Drain: Interesting slotting, but I dislike Doctored Wounds (one good bonus and at 5 slots? blech.), especially if it's only getting 3 slotted. Go for Numi's or Miracle, better bonuses.
-Triage Beacon: Same Gig here, I'd 4 slot it with a H/R and a H/E/R from both Numi and Miracle, and if really needed, 5th slot with a 3rd from either to bring up values.
-Trip Mine: Overslotted, you don't need the 5th bonus for Melee Def, I'd be tempted to either swap slotting completely (only decent bonus is again 4th Tier), or Drop the Tri or Quad.
-Focused Accuracy: Also, overslotted for Rech and ToHit, I'd lean towards 2 from Adj Target Buff/End and End/Rech, with a Buff/End Hami to finish it out. Maybe 4th slot for Gaussian's Proc.
-Summon Disruptor: I prefer 2-4 slotting pet sets, since there are some decent Frankenslot bonuses, and the two Rech intensive sets don't cap Damage.
Well, that was detailed... Also, here's what I gen'ed up to help make for better comparison/get ideas. Notable difference are no Travels, no Triage, and no Pet. Not saying you should do this build, since that's 3 pretty big powers you took that I dropped, but it could give some other thoughts. Also, Life Drain and Trip Mine have alternate slotting if you wanna go in the Expensive Purples.

8 Stalkers is working pretty well for us over on Exalted. Lotta AS's and Crits, and we ain't even 25 yet.

Well, Mids' doesn't have an update for the new Alpha trees, but by looking at numbers and swapping back and forth between Spiritual and Cardiac, I can get S/L/E still soft-capped, as well as having almost 2x Sleet, ~15 seconds downtime on Heat Loss, ~5 seconds downtime on Hasten. Planning on running with previous build until I work my way up to Agility Core T4, then swapping to this. Should be potent enough for exemping down to 30, with ~40% Def S/L/E and full set bonuses.

Just to clarify, does the Perf. Shift proc treat Forms as a click or a toggle?
It checks initially when you turn it on, and then every 10 seconds it remains on. -

I stay comfortably at range, don't sweat if most things come to Melee me, but generally they're getting molested, with a helping of Sleet and Nightfall, while I stand back and chuckle with glee. Managed to solo all of the SSA's so far on x2 (bigger HL mobs), and main real difficulty I had was Cheaty-face Manticore with auto-hit/high acc/non-targetted debuffs, and the Grav/Kin Troller hero. The Rulu-Shin EB is just an exercise in position and patience.
