Dark/Cold top-end

So, I've got this Dark/Cold Corr, who I've pimped out pretty decently. He's working up the Cardiac tree for Alpha, and I haven't dabbled into Incarnates yet. Only IO I'm missing on it so far is the Gladiator, which I'll eventually get once I start iTrials/garner enough A-Merits.

So, where do I go from here? IO tweaks and tips? I've been thinking on changing Drain Life's slotting to make a stronger attack... Anything else I should look into?

Also, thoughts on which branches for the other Incarnate slots?

Snow Storm is fairly useless, would suggest getting rid of that for a travel power.
Frostwork is also droppable, but you have room for it so I left it in.

Minor changes made to the build, I changed slotting elsewhere to remove your Gladiator. You said you do not own it currently, so I figured I'd just squeeze it out of the build

I also moved the Kismet so that it will have more use to you, and also got more accuracy elsewhere. You now have 95% accuracy against +4s (before accuracy debuffs of course)

I personally do not really know how to slot Life Drain so I left it as is. I'm sure you could slot it for damage like Siphon Life however.

I attempted to leave your slot levels, but these are probably off. The defense might be below 45% when using min. level defense IOs and if you do get a hold of a Glad 3% this problem would be fixed of course.

Agility or Spiritual is a better choice over Cardiac for a cold corr.

No travel is an intentional choice. Between PD Tele, Oros, Base Tele, Mish Tele, and Ninja Run, I do just fine and move more than fast enough. Snowstorm is a better one-slot wonder, and fantastic versus AV's.

As a meleer, I love Frostworks, so I am loathe to drop it when I'm the one buffing. It's overkill on a Stalker/Blaster, but there's enough Scraps/Brutes/Tanks/EAT's out there that'd appreciate it.

The Gladiator's was mentioned because it's intended, but an eventual thing. Planning on getting it via iMerits, vice alignment/paying outright.

Kismet is fine up high, 'cause I don't plan to exemp on this toon, not below 30 at least.

Shame on the last bit, I may have to recon into DM's slotting for Siphon Life, and see what I can mod from there... 2 Nuc, 2 Golgi, Dam/Rech, Heal/Rech mebbe?

Spiritual I doubt, since I don't think I'll get 100% uptime on Heat Loss. Agility has promise, but I'm worried about End Burn... I'm only sustainable now with T1 Cardiac. Is budget your concern? Cause my fire/cold has perma heat loss with Spiritual, though it is a very expensive build. Spiritual/Agility also makes it easier to perma heat loss thanks to the +rchg (and I'll be switching to agility as soon as I can for the Endmod and Def letting me save a few slots) and it also benefits your other abilities like Sleet and Benumb which you want up as often as possible. My Fire/Cold only has the base slot in Stamina and as long as I have 1 target to Heat Loss off of my end bar never dips, and Fire uses way more endurance than Dark.

Well, Mids' doesn't have an update for the new Alpha trees, but by looking at numbers and swapping back and forth between Spiritual and Cardiac, I can get S/L/E still soft-capped, as well as having almost 2x Sleet, ~15 seconds downtime on Heat Loss, ~5 seconds downtime on Hasten. Planning on running with previous build until I work my way up to Agility Core T4, then swapping to this. Should be potent enough for exemping down to 30, with ~40% Def S/L/E and full set bonuses.

I have a dark/traps that I really enjoy and is fairly pimped out.

In particular, I like to proc out Teneberous Tentacles, I can get 4 damage procs, decent acc/dam and some nice recovery bonuses. 2Javelin Volley, 2 Positron and you get a 4.5% recovery bonus while still getting some acc/dam/rech bonuses. Very impressive bang for your buck.

Gloom is incredible if you can afford purples I would put a set in here and either proc it out or maximize recharge, I went for recharge and really enjoy it.

I think apocalypse is kind of wasted in life drain. With life drain I would maximize the heal, acc, recharge and then damage, pretty much in that order. I use partial sets of the accurate heal sets for extra set bonuses. The trick is I use Teneberous tentacles as part of my single target attack chain, with the damage procs it is suprisingly potent. [I am of the opinion that the recharge on life drain is just too long to make it a consistent part of a single target attack chain, so I use it like a heal to top myself off, but all dependent on playstyle.] I am an idiot, it looks like life drain has been dropped to 8 seconds recharge, I need to go fiddle around with the build some. This fast a recharge it is probably extremely viable in a single target attack chain.

I am not a fan of the thunderstrikes, especially since it looks like you are building for s/l defense. I would go with a decimation set or proc out dark blast.

Artic fog slotting looks odd to me, it has fairly good resists and decent defensive values too. I six slot it and maximize defensive value first and then resists on final builds, while leveling this is reversed, I maximize resist first and then defense. Also its an endurance hog so I like to slot it for over 50%end reduction too.
