Well, I know that Katana, Claws, Broadsword and Titan Weapons all have Tech looks, all Street and as far as Tech on the blast/corr look I'd say Electric/Radiation/Fire/as well as the weapon ones (AR/Beam/Pistols) can be good,

well My biases would lean towards Blaster or Corruptor, but Brutes can be fun to Solo and also contribute on teams (pretty much by SMASHing)

I know that at least half to 3/4 of the ITF's I've seen advertized on Justice are what I call Shard/XP runs as opposed to Speed runs

I think some of it is because the GM's/Events don't give much in terms of drops or XP that people don't want to do them once they get the badges

I know that at one point in I21 Beta they were trying to give an extra slot at 27 and 29 but that broke things horribly and was taken out (and probably still being worked on internally)
