Yes. Yes they can. Taken my Bane hero and back again.

They can switch, they just can't start neutral (which means no Galaxy City tutorial, no Praetoria at all; Khelds start in Atlas, SoA in Mercy).

well, I'm not expecting a beta patch until the first of the year. after all the ATO's were said to be able to sellable on the AH and that's not working over there
