Within the last month or two i got into listening podcasts... so what kinds of podcasts do you all listen to?

http://nerdist.com - Chris Hardwick interviews people, more or less, comedians. Most if not all the shows are really interesting and informative about various things and while they are talk to comedians the topic of conversation ranges from technology, to tv shows, to bowling, to comics, to other things...

How did this get made? - Basically it talks about bad movies and tries to figure out how it's made. Hosts are... Paul Scheer, June Diane Raphael and Jason Mantzoukas. There some awesome ones like the Superman 3 episodes.

In Our Time:
Culture
Philosophy
Science
Religion
It's basically a podcast where the host, Melvyn Bragg, gets 2-4 experts to talk about a subject and you get interesting discussions about various topics. I find some shows pretty interesting because they start in 1998 because a lot has changed since then.

I've been listening to Kevin Smith's SModcast pretty much ever since it started. It's expanded a ton since then and the ones I still listen to are the original SModcast - talking about anything and everything usually involving movies and sex jokes., Hollywood Babble-On - talking about anything and everything Hollywood related going on during the week along with lots of impressions, Tell-em Steve Dave - another random talking about anything and everything while often giving each other a hard time, and Mohr Stories. Jay Mohr always has an interesting guest with him and you never know who it's going to be.

The other one I listen to, and it's a much more work-safe/family friendly one is Talkin' Toons with Rob Paulsen. It's a great podcast if you like or are interested in voice acting with the voice of Yakko, Raphael, and tons and tons of others. He also often has guests from the voice acting community. The one with Billy West has been my favorite so far.

I like storytelling and comedy podcasts, myself.

I listen to:
Comedy Bang-Bang (formerly Comedy Death Ray)
- My favourite, bar-none. It features comedian guests (and musical ones - notably Ted Leo and Aimee Mann), they talk, interview, perform skits, etc. I laugh a lot listening to this, which gets me odd stares as I commute at times. Hosted by Scott Aukerman (Mr. Show) Free, updated weekly. NSFW.

This American Life
- Storytelling with a range of subjects. Free, updated weekly, but you have to pay for back-episodes. Hosted by Ira Glass. SFW

Risk!
- Storytelling. Celebrities/regular people are given a subject and they tell a story about it. Hosted by Kevin Allison from comedy troupe The State. NSFW

The Moth Podcast
- People tell stories onstage, without notes. Usually pretty good. Free, updated mostly weekly. Sometimes NSFW.

WTF? with Marc Maron
- Interviews with comedians. More formal than Comedy Death Ray. Free, updated every few days. NSFW.

Stuff You Should Know
- Chuck and Josh are the hosts, they chat and talk about how things work, facts and the history of things. Free, updated every few days. SFW.

Subscribed, but haven't yet listened to:
The Pod F. Tompkast (Paul F. Tompkins)
You Made it Weird with Pete Holmes

Edit: added descriptions!

Thank you, Champion.

I listen to the Nerdist family of podcasts. Nerdist (just finished the latest while playing CoH). You Made it Weird. Indoor Kids. Making it.

I listen to some of the SModcast stuff, not as much as I did before the big expansion.

I really enjoy Sklarbro Nation with the Sklar brothers.

I've dabbled in others like Doug Loves Movies and a few others I can't think of off hand.

I'm going to have to check out How Did This Get Made? Sounds right up my alley.

SModcast - SModcast family. Kevin Smith and producer/friend Scott Mosier talk about stuff, comedy.
That Anime Show - Voice actors and ADR directors Terri Doty and J. Michael Tatum interview and talk about acting with other VA's. Comedy, anime

And some others here and there. But that's a lot, sometimes I don't have enough time to listen to them all. >_<; Luckily a few of them have very random schedules and only release an episode every month or more. I might check out the Nerdist, I've heard good thing.

I'm not a huge podcast follower, but enjoy Captain Painway's POPcast. (Blog and Twitter feed are equally funny and suit my turbonic data acquiring positronic brain). Geek culture, roller derby, fun stuff.

Technically my other favourite podcast's a VoDcast, but it helps stay fit, flexible and calm if I can't get to the gym or major yoga sessions. It also makes me want to calmly punch out its host on occasion, but that diverts my aggression from everything else.

Is it time for the dance of joy yet?

Only podcast I listen to is the Roosterteeth (formerly Drunk Tank) podcast. It's basically the guys who work on Red vs. Blue sitting around a table and shooting the breeze for an hour and a half. I've been listening for only a few months, though, and I need to go through the archived podcasts.

Goodbye, I guess.
