Simple, you type his name in the font he used! Which is why I'm totally against this idea, because the only way it could possibly work would be an incredible pain in the butt.

Not at all, in real life I'm stoic and reserved, in game I play like a hyper maniac with ADD.
-
I have a new Dark/Psy defender I got some temp powers on. Specifically:
-Recovery Serum.
This is so awesome for boosting my recovery pre-stamina. I've only used it twice I think, but the times when I do it's incredibly useful
-MedPacks
Haven't used it much because of Twilight Grasp. It did save me against some CoT who debuffed my tohit
-Backup Radio
Already ran through one, buying another. It's cool to see and useful. I especially like it on my VEAT, gives me an "I'm a commander, do as I say" kind of feel
-Jetpacks
Oh god, yes. E-mail tons of inf to a newbie, go to Atlas WW and buy Market teleporter, teleport to Steel Market, buy the jetpack stuff and hop over to the University. No more need to worry about getting the safeguard temp
-Stun grenades
They don't do much beyond stunning the minions, but stunning minions can be quite helpful. With Howling Twilight it stuns just about anything
-Hand Grenades
They do more damage than my attacks! Which aren't slotted for damage yet, so it's pretty useful. And the knockback is good mitigation.
-Resuscitator
Haven't used it yet, but I imagine it will come in handy when there's one guy to res and no mobs.
Over all I spent about 15 million on temps. ^_^ -
Of course, since this is a roleplaying game, all of that is irrelevant as you can have your character be different.
-
I have e-mail set to Friends and SG only and I get global e-mails not from friends or SG members.
-
There is an option to only receive mail from Friends and SG members, but I believe you'll still get e-mails sent to your global (so people can mail you stuff).
You're not getting spam that's addressed to your global, are you? o_o -
Would it be better if they said "Patch notes will be available between one minute and 900 years after the downtime"?
-
Is the 10-14 ticket roll really worth it? I remember trying it on a 20ish character and I filled up my recipes three times and got nothing worth selling.

Quote:I don't see how it could make them into two stacks. What if my slots are full, and then one of my bids partially fills? It can't make it 18/17 slots or something. The stack remains single and you can just peel off the # of bids that filled (or cash in the # of posts that sold). I'm actually not sure that the new UI splits the stacks or just makes it look like it does because of the different tabs. If that's really the case, we're talking about potentially halving your slots (worst case scenario, but still...).
-
<_< I was just trying to help the guy out by getting the bidding started
-
Can anyone explain why they changed the bids/selling to a vertical list...? It's really annoying me that I can only see a few slots at a time. Not to mention how it automatically gives me the data on the current item, which I DO NOT WANT. Keep the "Find" button there and don't make it auto-expand, jeez.
Honestly I would take the old interface if given the option, even if it meant having to crash half the time I try to use it. -
I'll give you 80 million for it.
-
Well my demon summoner wears red and black and has demon wings, but she's also a mutated penguin who spits poison so...I think I'm okay for the unique department.
-
I didn't know that's what caused it (are you sure it only happens in that circumstance?) but yeah, it's a pretty old bug.
Also kind of cool. -
^Really, I'm surprised more people don't look like that in the Rogue Isles...

Well it must be some thing with my settings, 'cause I got this too:

If I delete a character, I explain it as them having said Candlejack. Although obviously I don't tell anyone they said it becau

I would love it if Masterminds got defender epics. I would change my mastermind to a hero and back just for Dark Mastery.
But it likely won't happen that way -
Thanks, but I wasn't really looking for a solution. Just curious if anyone could explain what might have gone wrong.

Quote:Your solution to any one who has a problem with the level-up graphics is "make everything else look worse." Mine is "Remove the problem by letting them disable it"There's a touch of irony to all this then, isn't there? I mean you've all but said that your computer is so low-end that a 3 second animation is noticeably detrimental to your play experience, yet you're not willing to turn down your graphics options and instead want the devs to implement resources into making it disableable?
Can you explain how my solution isn't better...? It lets people avoid the boom of light with out having to change other stuff. That's all there is to it.
