Enrage: +25% Damage
So... .25% * 1.05 = 0.2625%
In this example, +.01%. Sleep easy.

Nope, rage is now 25 * 1.05 = 26.5%
insights are 7..5* 1.05 = 7.875%

That way all "standard" inspirations would be covered, and to me that'd seem appropriate.
