I assume this patch is the last update from test, so it should include the Hamidon/LGTF green mito fix.
EDIT: Or not. The patch notes are up now, and no mention of the Green Mitos.

To be honest I don't see why the notes can't go up when the servers go down. Especially since I tend to crawl all over this website while I'm at work, but rarely ever when I'm at home
