This is correct. As long as it is in view (no matter if it's reasonable or not), you can target something.

I updated the table with numbers for Flight, Super Jump, and Super Speed, using the numbers found on the Test Server. Since I16 is imminent, I didn't want to use potentially obsolete information, even though there's no notes for travel speed changes, so I didn't test these on a Live Server.
I don't have the 60mo vet reward, so I can't get the real numbers for Level 6 speed base numbers, and I don't have someone within reasonable range of 14 to level up and get Level 14 speed bases.
The ingame store is down for test server, so I can't "buy" respecs to get the numbers for Teleport. I have no more respecs left on the characters I can test these numbers with. If someone else can get the numbers missing for Teleport, and the lv6 and lv14 numbers, it'd be appreciated. Please test these numbers on the Test Server so that our real numbers source matches.
For Flight, SJ, and SS, these numbers can be found in the Combat Attributes window. Make sure you have no set bonuses or other powers that increase that attribute when you get the numbers. (For instance, go get a level 14 reading WITHOUT Swift in your build (enhances runspd and flyspd). Get a level 14 SJ reading WITHOUT Hurdle. Etc.) -

Quote:Take your second build and make a solo setup with it. That's what I've done with my main (emp/archery). Her team build has all the Empathy stuff except AP, and only four attacks from Archery, plus CP/PBU/TF from Power Mastery, plus team-centric power pools. She rocks socks in teams. My main problem with my first and main character an Empathy Defender is the endurance issues while trying to solo. I have the tools to survive mostly even if I don't have any status protection. I however have to mostly stick to Heroic missions because any more foes cause even the easiest scanner missions to become a long boring haul.
Solo Build, she only has Emp stuff that affects her. Healing Aura, Regen Aura, Recov Aura. That's it! She has every attack from Archery, and TS/ShockingBolt/Power Sink from Electricity Mastery, plus solo-centric power pools. She solos awesome. She's like a Blaster with better support. Although I do have to admit that she's kitted out almost completely with HOs, so her attacks and stuff are only 3 slotted and still have 99% damage, 33% accuracy, and either 33% range or 33% +mez. That way I have lots and lots of leftover slots to stick procs and globals all over the place, making her even more cool. -
I'd rather take a defender than any other archetype for my teams. I like making all-defender teams.
No, defenders aren't redundant. If you're awesome by yourself, you become ridiculously awesome with defender backup or supplementation. -
That's what I meant. You can't see all of the emotes, because they only play one or the other.
-
If you can see it, you can target it, even if it's out of range of your powers. But if it's not in view, you can't target it.

If we could tint patron powers, Chum Spray (Oh, I'm sorry, it's called Bile Spray now) is even better than Fire Breath for vomit (different particle effects).

I am absolutely positive my previous answer was right, you just misinterpreted it.
Your chord keys are getting stuck, as in the game is not releasing them when it should be. It has happened to me before, and probably will happen again. Hit the buttons a few times and it will clear. -
Silly? So you would rather leave some racist, bigoted, and/or anti-semetic rep on your list so that you got to see it anytime you looked at your rep comments? Really? That doesn't even begin to bother you? That's just "silly"?
I said offensive... not just negative, but offensive.
Cos it happens. -
Those numbers are nice, but don't help to update the table, unfortunately. If I remember, tomorrow I'll log on test with one of my flight-enabled characters and get the correct numbers. (Base @ 14, Base @ 50, and Base @ 50 + 3 SOs.)

Your alt, ctrl, or shift key is getting stuck. Tap the key a few more times and it'll get unstuck eventually.

Reputation, very concisely:
Grey dots: the person giving rep hasn't earned enough points (positive or negative) to have any weight. You have no idea whether their rep was positive or negative except going by their comment.
Green dots: the person giving rep has enough points for their reps to matter, and they +repped you. These don't require giving a comment.
Red dots: the person giving rep has enough points for their reps to matter, and the -repped you. These require a comment to accompany the -rep.
You can report your own post if you get an offensive rep on that post and tell the mods to look at the reputation points for it. The mods know who gave the rep, even if you can't see it. They can remove offensive rep, and the authors can get chastised for it, up to and including suspension/banning. -

Quote:The OP has three spots left for enhancements. (For all the following percentages, these are pre-ED, and using level 50 enhancements.)As others have stated; you could (based on the 'roll') have al three or any combination fire off, but honestly doing unenhanced damage with a power with a 20% (or much less) chance of another type of damage is pretty unappealing. With standard IO's at lvl50 you could be doing 40% (or thereabouts) additional damage with each hit.
A generic acc IO and two generic dam IOs, that gives 42.4% acc and 84.8% dam.
Three level 50 acc/dam IOs would mean 79.5% accuracy and 79.5% damage.
Or you could do something like acc/dam dam/end dam/rech from a single set and get 79.5% dam, 26.5% acc, end and rech, plus two set bonuses.
Or an acc/dam and an acc/dam/rech from a single set and a generic DAM IO, and get 91.1% dam, 47.7% acc, and 21.2 rech, plus one set bonus. -
Quote:You could crit out of hidden state, not Hide. Placate applies the hidden state as well, so you didn't have to wait around doing nothing for 10 seconds before being able to crit again. (They lowered the amount of time you had to wait to 8 seconds during the change, as well.)...
Except, if I recall correctly, stalkers originally could crit ONLY while in Hide, ....
Also, you automatically had a chance to crit against slept and held foes, regardless of hidden state. Stalkers + Doms = awesome. They took that away when they gave them 'crit all the time plus teammates'.
Not saying your opinions on the changes are wrong, just saying you're forgetting or leaving out some points. -
Lord Recluse Strategy:
Red - Status Effect Bonus(Knockback, Disorient), +105% DMG(Smashing, Lethal, Energy), +105% Res(Smashing, Lethal, Energy) (hardcapped at 100%)
Orange - +200% DEF(All) (hardcapped at 175%), +17.7 Protection(Hold, Immobilize, Disorient)
Green - Healing, +MaxHP (hardcapped at 150% or 46015.73 hp), +2000% Regen
Blue - +30% ToHit, +1000% Recharge (hardcapped at 400%), +200% Run Speed -
I'm fairly sure the way the powers engine is coded that this isn't possible (once powers are activated, there's no going back), but of course the powers engine can be recoded to make it possible...however, of course, standard code rant applies, and I doubt they'd recode the powers engine just for something like this.

I'm not sure if TweakCOH can edit the gamma, but it's worth a try.

You're both wrong... it's Rain of Arrows, Rain of Arrows, Rain of Arrows!

Quote:Please note that you can alter Mids' options so that you are facing something other than a white-con minion. You have to change the percentage, you can't just specify "+4 AV" and get the correct number...you have to know the number. And it's assuming you're fighting enemies at your level, who don't have Defense powers of their own, and aren't hitting you with -ToHit debuffs.
And if you read the Paragonwiki links above, you'll find that your hit chance is capped at 95%; Mids' does not cap the displayed value. However, the value goes down as you face opponents higher level than you, or opponents with Defense buffs or ToHit debuffs. -
http://www.cohplanner.com since Aett didn't include it.
If you go to the Titan forums, there's an update for Mids. The installation program (updated to Issue 13) doesn't include it because it was done (at the time) by someone (St0n3y) other than the folks that were updating Mids (Steiner, Energy Aura).
He has since been recruited and there's a crew of folks working on Mids, hopefully to have it Issue 16 compliant soon (no promises of deadlines). -
Quote:Yes, it should be allowed. No, it is not wrong. It's there for a reason. If you want to spend ridiculous amounts of inf on buying it, that's your prerogative. If you don't, don't.Should prestige buying be allowed, given the ability to plunk down a credit card and buy influence? Given the ability to use the market to make influence? Should prestige just be a means for a measuring stick to tell how a sg has performed on the "field"?
Buying inf with real money is RMT, and RMT is against EULA. You can be banned for that. That's another matter entirely.
