Whats the best/most up-to-date hero planner?

Mid's Hero builder is the best one we've got. Use that. I believe that it's been recently updated to include most of the newer numbers and Invention sets.

If you go to the Titan forums, there's an update for Mids. The installation program (updated to Issue 13) doesn't include it because it was done (at the time) by someone (St0n3y) other than the folks that were updating Mids (Steiner, Energy Aura).
He has since been recruited and there's a crew of folks working on Mids, hopefully to have it Issue 16 compliant soon (no promises of deadlines).

I'm trying to find a good hero planner. Downloaded or web-based I don't care but I cant seem to find one thats up to date. So I figured I'd post here and ask. I'm fairly recently back to the game after a long time off so I need a solid and up to date hero planner.
