Sexy Jay (the main costume guy) has said that he won't release something that he doesn't think looks good, and he hates the way full length robes/skirts look. So until something miraculous happens, we're stuck.

Sure you can. You just can't get the missions yourself. If it's not via Ouroboros, a level 1 character can join someone who has the contact.

I don't think I'd bring Acrobatics into a Dark Armor set, since it's an already endurance-heavy set, and Acrobatics is one of the higher end/sec toggles.

Make the old buildings as pretty as the newer buildings. Anything created after, say, the Faultline revamp looks distinctly better than the old building textures. The textures are clearer, they're not so samey-samey, and there are differences between the buildings.

That pack and the science booster pack are the only things i'm missing from the collection so far. It stands out like a sore thumb having something that only lasts for 30 days when every other pack is perma. It's cheaper aye, but at £3 it's a third of the subscription costs for something that potentially could be recurring for little benefit, none when compared to getting the other packs.
Also, as stated previously, it came out before the Jetpack Vendors, so it was the only re-obtainable travel pack in the game blue-side. (Redside has access to a re-obtainable travel pack through flashback.) -

If you have the slots to spare, it's always a good idea to put one in, but if you're strapped for slots and need to either slot an attack or a toggle with endred, slot the attack first.

You can't "install" through CohUpdater.exe from within your installation directory because it's trying to update/replace itself, which doesn't work.
Copy CohUpdater.exe to your desktop (the file, don't make a shortcut!) and run it from there. When it asks you where to put CoH, point at your current install directory. When it's done, you can delete CohUpdater.exe (and the garbage files it creates) from your desktop. -

I, honestly, don't think any XP should be rewarded for a 1 mission arc; it isn't an arc - it's just one mission. One mission arcs are going to be primarily farming arcs as anyone that wants to tell a story is going to have more than one mission in their arc (especially now that these can be much larger files than they once were).
In order to promote story-telling, I think that there should be an XP Curve where a 5 mission arc grants full XP and XP decreases as arcs get shorter. As I said, I don't think one mission arcs deserve any xp at all - as it is not a story; it's just one mission. -
Sexy Jay (the main costumes guy) has already said he won't implement things that he can't make look good, so a floating/embedded backpack option isn't viable at this time. Until they can figure out how to do it RIGHT, you are SOL.

He is an unlimited missions contact, just like Borea in RWZ, just like Radio/Newspaper in city zones, just like Meg in The Hollows, just like most of the Shadow Shard contacts, etc.
He does not have a story arc. -
I sent invention salvage all the time as attachments. In fact, I send more salvage than anything else.
Make sure you're sending to a @GlobalName, as CharacterNames do not accept attachments. -
